Narrator POV.
Since Gladion was a little boy, he was to marry a beautiful little girl named (y/n). They didn't mind since they were great friends. They also had crushes on each other. One day his little sister went to the basement of the Aether Foundation. (Y/n) followed her to protect her, leaving Gladion to wonder where you two were. When you got there a man you knew, Faba, was standing there looking at you with a smirk you would never forget for the rest of your life. Then an Ultrabeast appeared, Gladion told you that the reason for this place existing was for the love of his mother's passion for Ultrabeast, and her wanting to know what the were, it attacked us. "Lily watch out", you screamed and pushed her out of the way, you got blasted into the wall." (Y/n)!!!", Lily screamed as she was being picked up by said Ultrabeast. Then when you thought she would be a goner a beast appeared and destroyed the Ultrabeast, and saved Lily from becoming part of it. Although everything seemed fine, a blood curtailing scream was to be heard. "(Y/n)!!", Gladion called to her while she was being attacked by a hypno. She was captured and put into a capsule. " (Y/n) don't leave me, don't leave me like everyone else", Gladion screamed in tears. "I'm sorry Gladion I can't get out", (y/n) screamed apologetically. " Say bye~bye to your little girlfriend", Faba said sadistically. "(Y/n) I'll save you I promise", Gladion screamed before (y/n) was knocked out.

A couple of weeks later Gladion made it to the basement without being seen. He made it to room that seemed to be hidden or at least more secluded than the rest. In the room was filled with documents. He picked up one, it talked about fusing all pokemon type DNA to a human. It had only been tested once in the 1900's and was a failure. The test subject was a female with (h/c) hair and (e/c) orbs. It explained that the test to was ordered by the government to try and keep the people safe. The experiment was almost complete, but one day before the experiment was completed the test subject exploded and the project was shut down. Gladion grabbed another paper, this one had (y/n)'s name on it by test subject. It was exactly what the previous document stated it had been a couple of weeks and the progress had been documented. Gladion now aware of his friends danger he'd been searching around for a secret room or something. So he could save (y/n), before it was too late. He saw a book that stood out, and it was labeled test subject no.2. He pulled it and a walk way opened up. He ran in the room connected to the wall in a test chamber was (y/n). Curled into a ball.(Similar to his mewtwo was) "Huh.... (Y/n)!!!!!!! I'll get you out I promise you're going to come home with me okay?," Gladion promised. "Hold on you have to wait five more days. That's when this chamber won't be able to contain me or my power. That's when you'll need to open that drawer to your right it contains my mega evolution stone and my pokeball. I know your doubtful on your abilities to get back in here, but I believe in you. Don't you forget, Kay", (Y/n) said through telepathy. "Was that you (y/n)? Can you give me a sign that it was you?," Gladion asked hopefully. (Y/n) moved her hand and pointed a finger to her heart, a sign her and Gladion had to tell each other that they weren't lying. "I'll try (y/n), but shouldn't I take the pokeball and the stone now", Gladion asked hoping she would talk to him again. "No dumb dumb they'll notice if you take it that's why you are going to take them in five days with me, I can't use this mindlink anymore in getting weak seen you soon", your voice faded in his mind. "Kay I'll be back (y/n) font you worry I promise", he said proudly while moving his hand and pointing to his heart, and a smile appeared on (y/n)'s face. He then proceeded to run out, and he happened to find an ID tag on his way out. 'I promise I'll be (y/n)', Gladion thought finally at the entrance of the Aether Foundation.
