So how is everyone doing with the pandemic. Btw a lot of the chapters I make are made in advance because of my schedule. Before it was just random. But now they are made in advance due to me not being able to keep up with many uploads. So apologies for the waits on my stories.
Gladion's POV
I woke up next to (y/n), we were leaning on a tree. She was leaning on my shoulder. I glanced at her hand. She had her stone still, and I still had mine. I never show it off, but that doesn't mean I'm not proud of how far she has come. I knew she never meant to leave. And she is right our past might come back sooner than later probably. She started to stir in her sleep. "(Y/n), you should wake up", I gently shook her a bit. The sun was rising in Alola. "Alright, I'm up geesh, I'm not even allowed to sleep in on a weekend. Did I miss anything", I shook my head and she layed on my lap. "Then why'd you wake me up I'm going back to sleep", I sighed. (Y/n) was never a morning person.(neither am I how is it humanly possible to wake up early without an alarm or in my case someone rapidly shaking me. Honestly anyway back to the story)
"Fine I guess I'll just carry you", I said as I picked her up. She really didn't care at all, and she ended up cuddling into me. I honestly wouldn't expect any less from her.

(Y/n)'s POV
Gladion carried me back to his motel. "Gladion I have a question", I hope he would mind me being this blunt. He just nodded. "How long has it been since you left?", he put me down on the bed before taking a seat at his desk. "How'd you find out about that", I shrugged. "Welllllll, for one, your mom would not stop writing me letters after my first couple of years away saying her baby ran away from home. She has been asking me to come back and she hasn't stopped. Two last time I saw you before I left you dressed to impress. I..I don't mean to be rude but you look like you're going to (praise our lord and savior Asahi) rob a bank. So I've known for a while now", I said while rubbing the back of my neck. He just sighed, "Its been a couples of years, but its not right that my mother does not realize what her studies have done to her kids. It traumatized us, lily even more so than me". I sighed knowing what he meant. "Gladion why did you actually leave? I know there's more there always is.," I asked him already knowing the answer. "I need to get stronger to protect Lily and my mother. I need to get stronger to protect you and everyone else I love", he held my hands suddenly. My veins started to bulge out at this idiot, "SO YOU ABANDONED YOUR MOTHER AND SISTER LEAVING THEM HELPLESS SO YOU COULD BE SELFISH YOU IDIOT HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE HAVE I LEFT YOU BRAINLESS. OR DID HITTING YOU COUNTLESS TIMES CORRECTING YOU MAKE YOU LOSE MORE BRAIN CELLS", that idiot can be deaf for all I care after the stunt he pulled. He just stared at me. "I knew you would say that, but I needed to leave to grow. Do you forget you left me to get stronger? Or is it only okay for you to leave me?," I sighed. "You idiot I told you I was leaving, so you knew I would come back eventually", I sighed again pulling him into a hug. "Hey let's go get some malasadas ( idk if thats how you spell it so forgive me) and we can go for a walk how does that sound", I smiled. I wanted to make it up to him for leaving him lonely. I mean its like talking to a wall sometimes, but I still love him. ( ohhhhhhhh you luvvvvvv hiiiimmm. Dont ask where I got it from its a 'if you know you know' kind of thing.) He just nodded and started walking. This boy was going to make me go insane some day just not today. I smiled and walked next to him.
