Okay, so earlier today, I asked my parents what they would do if one of their kids, (secretly referring to myself) was gay.
Then my dad, probably the most homophobic man I know says this.
"I'd love them all the same. I wouldn't be able to change it, so i'd learn to live with it."
... After he said that, I went upstair and literally cried, I was so fucking happy! I didn't come out to him then, but at least I know that when I'm ready to, he'll be accepting.
The only thing my dad has ever said about gay people, is disrespectful, rude things. So let's just say that when he told me he would accept a gay child, it was by far one of the happiest moments of my fucking life.
Shit, I'm crying again. Anyways, I feel so much better about coming out, it might even happen soon. We'll just have to wait and see, wish me luck! ❤💛💚💙💜
