the two sat in an awkward science for a little while till holly decided he'd had enough.

holly moved from his normal sitting spot, laying near yoongi's feet, to go mess with hoseok.

Yoongi saw an expression of shock run across hoseok's flawless face, as hoseok's eyes darted to his legs were mysterious thing had just brushed up against his leg.

hoseok's shocked expression softened when he realized the culprit was an adorably fluffy brown dog.

"aw you're such a cute doggie aren't you?" hoseok said scratching the dog behind its ear.

yoongi almost imploweded at the sight, his heart wasn't sure it could handle any more cuteness.

hoseok's mood begins to dampen when he realizes something

~ (parenthesis are yoongi)~

"wait... whose dog is this? oh my gosh what he lost his owner... oh no that so sad (hoseok )... i love you little puppy... im detrmined to help you find your owner! (HOSEOK) and i'm sure yoongi here will help me find your careless owner... (...) i mean how could someone let a puppy as cute as you get away..."

"oh hoseok i see you met yoongi's dog holly!" jin says coming back over with their order

an embarrassed blush begins to flush hoseok's face.

"he really is the cutest isn't he? and yoongi's the best dog dad i've ever met!" jin says winking at yoongi.

this comment just makes hoseok's face become an even brighter shade of red (as if that was possible).

yoongi sinks deeper in his chair hiding his face in the new cup of coffee in front of him.

jin sits down and somehow manages to get the two boys to hold a seemingly normal conversation.

they talk about the most random things, slowly getting to know each other.

jin, being the mom that he is, magages to emberasses yoongi abut a million times while speaking of the twos past together.

the cafe begins to fill up around them meaning that jin once again leaves the two boys to their own devices.

"imsorryaboutwhatisaidbaoutyourdogimnotsureimjustconfused...im sorry" hoseok suddenly blurts out as soon as jin leaves the table

"it's really fine. you didnt know its all good in the hood" yoongi says as his famous gummy smile begins to creep up on his face.

"soooo besides being the "best dog owner ever" what do you do yoongi?" hoseok asks seeming genuinely curious.

"Oh not much i'm a lyricist for a record company..."

"WHAT THAT'S SO COOL"

"...yeah i guess so..."

"so do you like write for really famous people??? have you written anything i would know??? I mean this is so cool you probably know so many cool people.."

hoseok begins to trail off, again, yoongi however doesn't mind he finds it to be extremely adorable watching the subtle movements that the boys face makes as he talks.

much to yoongi's dismay hoseoks is cut off by the ring of yoongi's phone.

hoseok stops mid sentence and waits for yoongi to pick up his phone.

yoongi looks down at the caller ID and see that it is jimin and a sense of worry flushes over him, jimin never calls him.

"hello jimin is everything alright?"

"yoongi thank god you answered we need you to get over here right now! Jungkook's in trouble!"

"okay give me one second! ill be there soon okay hang on!"

yoongi quickly hangs up the phone and begins to gather his things seeming to forget about the confused beauty in front of him.

as he grabs holly's leash yoongi remembers that hoseok is sitting across from him.

"hoseok! im so sorry but i have to go my friend really needs my help. I hope we can continue this conversation at a later date! ill see you later!" yoongi says rushing out the door holly trailing behind him.

"...bye yoongi..." hoseok breathes out still dumbfounded at the situation.
