Time went by quickly. I announced that I wouldn't be able to do any hero work for a while, I didn't say exactly how long because people would put two and two together. At the hero agency they know the real reason because if not I wouldn't have been able to take the nine months off.
At the moment I was get ready. My has grown quite a bit, I was now four months, but I was a little bigger than normal since I was having twins. I wore a All Might shirt and black leggings. After getting ready me and my mom left to the hospital.

I was now laying down as doctor James gave me and ultra sound.
"Okay so Izuku your having one boy and one girl, both of the twins are doing well, and for when you give birth you will be having a C-Section, weel have to cut you open to take out the babies. Now you'll just have to think about names for the twins in the next five months" Doctor James says. I look at my mom and smile at her happily. I can't believe that I'm going to have babies.
After me and my mom check out of the hospital we head back home. At home me and my mom eat and watch TV

Five months later

I have thought of the name I want to name my children. Xander and Emily. I'm so excited! I stand up to get something to drink when suddenly water drips down my leg. "MOM!" I yell. My mom runs to me. "I think my water just broke!" I say then I suddenly feel a contraction. "Ahhh!" I yell as I hold my bump. The doctor told me what was going to happen. My mom grabbed her phone and quickly dialed 911 since we didn't have a car.

Bakugou

I was casually just patroling the streets when ambulance go past me, their sirens blaring. I wonder what was happening. I know it's not a villian attack because theirs no police or heros following. So someone is most likely having a heart attack or something. Then I see them turn downs Dekus street. I hope Deku is okay. He's not allowed to hero for an unknown amount of time for an unknown reason. I hope they're not heading to his house, I hope his mom is okag also.

Midoriya

I could hear the sirens from the ambulance. I scream again as I feel another contraction. Suddenly the door burts open and I'm placed on a strecher. "Sir we need you to breath. Big breath in and big breath out" A female paramedic says. I do what she says and take deep breaths.
Once we get to the hospital I'm taken to labor quarters. From there they preform a c-section.

"Here are your children Midoriya. Do you have names?" Doctor James says as he hands me the twins. The girls has green hair and ruby eyes like Kacchans and the boy has ash blond hair with emerald green eyes like mine. "Xander (pronounced: zander) and Emily" I say. "Okay" Doctor James says. Then my mom enters the room. "Hi mom! Look! The twins were born healthy, their names are xander and Emily" I say. My mom walks over. I hand Xander to my mom. "I can't believe I'm a grandma!" My mom says happily as she looks at the twins.
I was absolutely happy about my children.

I soon bought my own house and returned to hero work. My mom watched the twins while I worked. The twins were amazing. Emily was a little bit of a hot head like kacchan though. Xander was more calm. When they developed. The twins are currently 4 years of age. I was happy with my life. I would still cry myself to sleep sometimes though. Kacchan was the love of my life.
