"We just slept, we didn't have sex don't worry" he kissed my forehead and walked to the bathroom.
I looked at him and walked to the closet
I picked out an outfit

"Ari, are you okay" Nate sat down next to me.
"Yeah, can we go to the office today to get divorce papers" I looked at him.
"Yeah, we can get a lawyer too, just in case if Jack wants to take full custody of the kids" he held my hands and hugged me.
"That's what I'm really scared of" I shed a tear and leaned my head on his shoulder.
I grabbed my phone and put it in my purse. I grabbed nates hand and we walked downstairs .
"Morning love birds" Derek joked and choked on his apple.
"You idiot" I started laughing.
"I hate you" he continues to choke on his piece of apple. I watched as Derek walk to the kitchen and cough up the piece that was stuck in his throat
"So where y'all headed to" Derek came back out and asked
"To the lawyers office to get divorce papers for Ari and also a lawyer just in case jack wants to take full custody of the kids" Nate said in one breath
"Ooh I'ma come with" Derek rushed up the stairs
10 minutes later, he came down and also sam and Johnson
We all headed to the car and went off to the lawyers office

We got the divorce papers and a lawyer and headed back to the house the lawyer followed us back and we set up the meet at the house
"Okay so have him come over and we will discuss the divorce and he'll have to sign the papers to be official" the lawyer explained
"What if he refuses" Nate asked
"Well then, there is literally nothing we can do, we can't force him to sign because it's his choice, but I can see why you want a divorce and a backup if he takes full custody of your kids, I'll put in all the effort I can to help" he told me.
It took a minute and jack arrived. He rang the doorbell and I went to go open it
We greeted and I led him to the living room .
"What's going on" he asked.
"Sit jack" I demanded
He sat down and the lawyer started discussing it with Jack. He actually agreed to sign the papers
And also , I agreed to let him see the kids on the weekends but they will stay with me at nates house full time
"So this is it, were actually over" he softly said.
"Yeah" I said looking everywhere other then him
"Look at me" he softly said.
"Just go jack" I held the door open for him
He walked out, looked at me once more and walked to his car.
