Makoto gets her period so bad that she winds up getting sick, and Byakuya has to take care of her
This is one of the few times I'll refer to characters only by their last names

"Has anyone seen Naegi?" Ishimaru asked as she took her usual seat at the head of the table, Oowada sitting next to her. Nobody responded with a yes.
"I think she was in her room last." Kirigiri responded, taking his seat with a cup of tea in his hand.
"Yeah, I haven't seen her since around noon yesterday." Maizono said softly.
"Then someone should go check on her." Kuwata smiled a little as she tried to balance the chair she was in on the back two legs. Just as she finished her sentence, Togami walked in.
"Ah, Togami!" Ishimaru smiled. "Can you please go check on Naegi? We haven't seen her since yesterday?"
"And why should I have to check on her?"
"Cus I'm pretty sure all of us saw you two kissing yesterday?" Kuwata said with a bit of a sarcastic tone. "That makes you a couple, doesn't it?"
Togami let out a small sigh. "Fine." she said with a bit of a huff. She got a little concerned when she saw that her door was slightly open, and even more so when seeing that the sheets were messed up without the small girl in them.
"Naegi...?"
Some noises came from the bathroom, the door to which wasn't fully closed either. The brunette was finally found, only in a bra and shorts as she sat in front of the toilet, a few tears running down her cheeks.
"Naegi, are you okay?"
She shook her head, covering her mouth as she started getting dry heaves.
"What's wrong?"
"M-My period...s-so bad that...I-I got sick...I-I'm throwing up everything I eat..."
"Naegi..." Togami said softly, sitting next to her and gently rubbing her back. "Here, sitting in front of the toilet won't help you any." she said as she picked her up, carefully carrying her to the bed. "I'll be right back, okay?"
The smaller girl nodded, waiting patiently for Togami to return. After a few minutes, the blonde came back with a warm towel over her arm and a pain medication in her hand, a glass of water in the other. She also had a few small food items, setting them on the desk behind the bed.
"It's okay, this is what my mom did for me, since most of our servants are men. Make sure you keep an eye on the blood flow, since some pain medications stop the cramps at the price of making you bleed more."
"T-Thanks, Togami..."
"Take it easy, and I'll be around to check on you periodically."
Naegi nodded and smiled weakly. "I-I love you...~"
Togami gave her a small smile. "I love you too...~"
