I wish I had someone
To write love letters to
Full of sweet nothings
And metaphors
I wish I had someone
To dedicate my writing to
A world of imagination
And endless possibilities
I wish I had someone
To give all my words to
The ones I want to scream out loud
And those that don't have to be said
I wish I had someone
Who didn't live just in my poetry
