And so we have arrived

Reader P.O.V.

I am so excited that I was almost going to arrive to the first city with a gym. I looked at my Eevee and smiled excitedly. In response he jumped around me happily.

We ran into the city and looked around curiously. "Hmmm where could the gym be?" I asked myself. Eevee ran away and I followed. When we stopped we were in front of a building.

I read the sign and it said this was the gym. "Good job buddy," I said to Eevee while petting his head. I went in and looked for the gym leader. Then someone walked over to me.

It was a lady she told me that the gym leader was battling someone at the moment. "Oh alright then I'll just go look around then," I smiled and exited the gym with Eevee right beside me. "Where do you wanna go for the meantime?" I asked him.

He ran off again and I followed. We went around the whole city. We passed the gym again and saw someone coming out. A huge smile appeared on my face when I saw that it was Red. I ran over to him resisting the urge to hug him.

"Hey Red," I waved at him. "Oh hey (y/n)," he said. "How'd the battle go?" I asked him. "It went pretty well I beat the gym leader and got the badge," he said as he showed me the badge he won. "Cool, well it's my turn now," I smiled excitedly. "Well good luck then hope you win," he said as he patted my head.

I blushed and wished him luck on the next gym battle. With that he left for the next city and I entered the gym. "Well time to get the first gym badge," I said.
