Reader's P.O.V.

I woke up and looked around, my vision was a bit blurry. I felt like I was being carried and the person carrying newness running. I looked at the person, it looked like a male. He didn't look familiar to me at all and it wasn't because of my blurry vision at the moment.

A thunderbolt hit right beside us causing the man and I to fall. I felt weak, it was as if my energy had been drained from me. I got up and stumbled over to a tree. I slid down and hid behind a bush. There's no way in hell I'm letting that guy find me I thought to myself.

"Oh no Clare and the boss are gonna kill me since I just lost the girl," I heard the man say. I heard him run off, probably to try and find me or to escape whoever was attacking him. "Jake!" screamed a feminine voice and heard her run the direction the guy went.

I got up and slowly walked back to the path. "(y/n)," I heard someone call my name. It sounded muffled, I was getting tired. I fell but someone caught me before I couldn't hit the ground. I looked up and saw Red who sighed in relief. He hugged me and said, "I'm not leaving your side seeing as they nearly kidnapped you." I nodded and thanked him. Why were they after me in the first place? I asked myself. With that Red and I walked back to the town.

Boss's P.O.V.

"Clare, Jake have you brought the girl?" asked a man with a deep voice. "Um well no sir," responded Clare nervously. "And why is it that you two have failed in capturing and bringng the girl?" questioned the man. "Well you see a boy was with her and put up a fight. His pikachu shot a thunderbolt near me causing me to fall and drop the girl. When I got up I couldn't find the girl anywhere," explained Jake.

The man let out an irritated sigh and glared at the pair in front of him. "You two are to bring me that child if it's the last thing you do," he demanded. "Y-YES SIR!" they said in unison and walked away. The man smirked, "that girl is the key to another dimension. A dimension where I will be the only one with Pokemon. Hehehe I will rule that dimension."
