Cracked and drowning

Vanessa's pov: I screamed the sound reverberated off the walls. "Vanessa it's okay you're okay" David whispered pulling me into his arms. My whole body trembled and I sobbed into my pillow. "Vanessa your okay we are all here for you" he whispered pressing his lips against my forehead. Tears streamed down my face and I let then carry me into a restless sleep.

Citys pov: I sighed as he pressed his lips against mine once more. "You're so beautiful" he whispered his hand trailing down to my waist. "Don't leave me alone tomorrow please don't" I pleaded. "You won't be alone Deborah, Mary and Vanessa will be here with you " he explained for the 50th time "but you won't be there" I muttered slipping a hand underneath his shirt. I ran my hands over his toned torso and heard him sigh "city I love you but you have to stop being so clingy" he muttered pushing me away from him. He didn't understand. The memories. The loneliness. He would never understand because he had never been kidnapped. He had never been truly alone with just himself and his thoughts. I felt the tears fall down my face and I was suddenly scooped into Dana's arms. "It's okay we are safe now" he whispered in my ear "Dana you have told me that you never wanted my life to be about surviving and now it is" I muttered laying my head against his shoulder. "We will make it" he said whether to himself or to me I did not know.

Tyler's pov: "eat up" I said tossing Liz a hamburger. "Thanks babe" she replied taking a bite "you know you never told me why you didn't just kill me" she asked. My throat went dry "I felt sorry for you" I lied "you said something to me before you fired at the wall what was it?" She asked. I leaned forward to where I was close enough to her I could feel the heat radiating off her body I wrapped my arms around my waist taking her into my arms "I love you come back to me please" I whispered softly tilting her mouth towards mine.

Wills pov: "do you have any idea how thankful I am that you weren't kidnapped"I whispered in her ear. "Yes because I feel the same way about you" Mary muttered planting a kiss against my cheek. "Hey Mary if you love me will you go get me food" I asked "no" she groaned. "Well if you do I'll just have to repay you in some way" I muttered planting a small kiss against her lips. "Be right back" she said bolting up and leaving the room she returned with a bag of chips tossing them at me. "Can I receive my payment now" she whispered seductively leaning toward me. "Yes" I replied crashing my lips against hers.

3rd person: We have all cracked. Each and every one of us. Each crack allowing light to come in and out. Eventually like a ship with a crack in it we will all sink. It's up to you whether you let us drown.

Deborah's pov: I could hear his sobs through the walls and I felt horrible. "Cole may I come in" I asked outside his door "yeah" he replied as I opened the door. "She's dead Deborah and there's no going back" he said as I went and sat down beside him. I stared into his bloodshot eyes and took in his ruffled hair and in that moment I realized he had never looked so desperate. "I know cole and I'm sorry" I replied softly tears in my eyes "it's okay I think I've moved on to someone else now" he muttered a ghost of a smile on his face. "That's great" I said as he pulled me in for a hug "goodbye" he muttered. "What are you saying goodbye for?" I asked "I'm saying goodbye to our friendship" he replied. Before I could reply he had his lips pressed against mine.

Liz's pov: I stared up into his eyes "do you love me too" he whispered. "I always have" I replied "damn I missed you" he muttered cupping my face in his hands. "I'm sorry for everything, I'm sorry for ever hurting you" he whispered tears in his eyes. I was speechless and I watched as he lifted up my sleeves his eyes widened at my scars. "I did this didn't I" he said pressing his lips against each one "yeah" I croaked my voice quavering. "Please don't ever hurt yourself again I love you to much to lose you" he said as our gazes locked his brown eyes full of tears. "Okay I love you too" I lied leaning forward and molding my lips against his. I could only think of cole as I kissed him.
