Off my Mind

I walked into the cafeteria, where are students were called to go to. And I see multiple circular tables with different colors on them.

We were instructed to find our names at the table, sit there, and wait for Durani.

It took a while to find my name, but I was at the orange table. I looked to my right and left to see my neighbors, and well enough it was Beckett to my right, and Zach to my left.

I groaned out loud and slammed my  bag on the table.

"What's wrong with you," Zach said behind me, "Did Beckett ignore you?"

"More like I ignored him," I said putting my face in my arms.

"Sounds like a weird girl problem."

"Why?"

"You're upset, because you ignored Beckett but he didn't ignore you?"

"It's not that simple. I ignore him but I can't get him off my-" I stop myself if I finished that sentence I might as well have ruined my reputation.

"Off your what? Mind? Wow such a girl problem," Zach said rolling his eyes.

Wow. I met him, what, 3 hours ago and I already hate him. I decided talking to Jenna or Brooke or anyone would be better than sitting here. I pushed my chair back and hit a wall, or someone. I turned to see who I hit and lucky for me, it was Beckett. I stood from my chair and pushed past him.

"Dang dude, Anderson is going to be happy when he hears she flipped out," Zach said.

"Yeah, totally. She fell for it and actually thought I was being nice on purpose," Becket said laughing.

Wow, I have no words anymore. I really was the fool, Beckett never cared about me or anything.

"And she couldn't get you off her mind," Zach said laughing.

That's when I turned around and grabbed my lunch boy, smiled, and kissed Zach. Why? I don't know but I needed him to shut up.

"Tell Anderson that," I said smirking to a shocked Zach, and a really mad Beckett.

That should teach him to watch what he does around me. Me and my stupid ways.
