Katy's point of view:

Only 10 minutes before the bell and I still haven't found the amphi where my first class takes place. The university is a maze, impossible to locate. Julian would normally have me discover the campus but he had a hindrance and my friends did not have classes at the same time so I had to fend for myself.

I walk through the middle of all the students while trying to find the room. Everything is big here and the buildings all look the same. Why I didn't check the campus plan earlier, it would have saved me all the stress. Only 5 minutes left and still no amphi on the horizon.

Seeing a girl a few meters away from me I decide to accosted her to ask her my way in the hope that she is not new like me and so can inform me.

"Excuse me," I asked, "but would you know where the amphi is?" I'm completely lost.

The girl, a little redhead with freckles, smiles at me kindly.

- Yes, you're lucky that's where I'm going.

"Great!

We both head to a large building where some students smoke on the steps leading to the amphi. We pass them while heading towards a long corridor before entering the room. The amphi is really huge, it must contain a hundred students who are already sitting themselves either chatting with their neighbor.

- Does it tell you that we sit together?

"Yes," I replied, "here?"

- Yes it's good, neither too close nor too far.

So we sit in our place, a few rows from the board.

- By the way, what's your name?

- Katy and you?

- Lucile but everyone calls me Luce.

At this moment, the teacher enters and everyone sits down.

Two hours later, our class is finally over. Administrative law is not my favourite subject, but unfortunately I have to take it.

What do you have now? asks me Luce.

- Civil law and you?

- Heck I have criminal law. But would you like to come to lunch with me at the coffee room this lunchtime?

- Yes, I would certainly be with my friends but I will introduce them to you, I'm sure you'll enjoy them. Then we'll meet there.

- Yes it's perfect. So see you later.

We're both going in opposite directions. Luckily Luce showed me where my next class was going otherwise I would surely have arrived late.

Once i get into the room I settle down waiting for the teacher. But suddenly someone sits right next to me. Surprise I turn to my new neighbor who is none other than the boy from the window.

"Look how we meet," he said, continuing to smile.

- Um... Hello.

- How are you today, miss voyuse.

"I'm not a voyator," I said, blushing with embarrassment.

- Oh really? So tell me what you call someone who's spying on you from his window.

- I didn't spy on you and it's not my fault that my window is right in front of yours.

" Oh yes, so you were watching me.

"What but not at all," I chuckled, blushing even more in shame and embarrassment.

- You don't have to be embarrassed, it's not the first time a pretty girl looks at me like she wants to taste me for dessert.

Oh my god! Now I'm sure to be red like a tomato so I'm embarrassed. He told me I was pretty too. What do I have to answer to that now? Come on Katy plays the cool.

- Don't take your dreams for reality. If I looked at you it was because I wondered who was the madman who was leaning over the window sill and was about to make the angel jump.

But where did I find the audacity to answer that? There are days when I impress myself.

He too seems slightly surprised but this is quickly swept off his face by his eternal mocking smile.

- Well the madman was delighted to find that his neighbor's saisher is in civil law with him.

Before I could say anything the teacher comes in and asks us to shut up. I hadn't noticed that most of the girls had their eyes glued to my neighbour and ate his eyes. It's true that he's pretty cute but still, they could do it more discreetly. Go one more hour next to him, courage Katy.
