Ch1 Where'd the sunshine go

Dream walked out of his house in silence. Something was off he could feel it. But what was it. It was something strange. A large feeling of destruction getting closer everyday. And every night farther away. It was too strange to ignore and too calm to investigate. He shook his head and sighed. He would love to find what is causing this but its so far away. He sighs againd and begins heading towards his base. The others were likely awake by now. As dream went through a portal to the tree of feelings he suddenly felt a large pain in his chest. So when the portal opened for him to step out he fell out onto his knees.

"W-what the hell?" He asks in confusion as his brother and geno run over.

"A-are you okay bro?" Nightmare asks and dream clutchs his chest and doesn't answer. Then just like when it appeared its suddenly gone. Dream shakily stands up and nids at nightmare.

"My soul just hurt a bit. Nothing i can't handle. Its fine i swear." He half-lies to nightmare. Nightmare nods and then dream looks around.

"Where is everyone?" He asks and geno shrugs.

"No clue. We got here 20 monutes ago." He says and dream nods. He pulls out the phone he made and tries to call the others. No one picks up. He gains a confused look and looks at nightmare and geno.

"I guess....go home for now. I'll try to find the others." He tells them and they both look suprised.

"Why can't we go with you?!" Geno asks and dream looks down at him like he's a idiot.

"......geno. You and nightmare are 8. I am 18. I am supposed to do this stuff. Now go home and wait with mom." Dream tells them and they sigh and nod before leaving through a portal. Then dream opens a portal and goes through. He comes out and begins searching around underfell. After 20 minutes he finds nothing and sighs. He turns around to make a portal back when suddenly a arrow goes flying at him. He dodges and looks where it cam from. He see a black skeletal monster covered in a black goop. Its mouth looks feral and its eyes excited. It loads another shot, this one covered in the goo and shoots it at dream who blocks with his staff. Dreams looks at the skeleton who chuckles. The skeleton draws a goop covered sword and jumps almost 20 feet closing the large gap between him and dream. Dream and him stare at eachother as dream redies his staff. They begin fighting with drean dodging the skeletons attacks while when dream hits the skeleton it shows no knowledge of being hurt. Suddenly dream sees in opening and goes for its arm. He talkes its arm off in a mighty swing and the arm and sword fall to the ground. The creature chuckles then begins laughing hysterically. Dream stares at it in silence and then. It speaks.

"So this is teh power of the mighty dream. Must say. Quite impressive." The creature chuckles.

"What are you? Are you the reason underfell is empty?" He asks and the creature chuckles.

"His fear tasted sweet. Like chocolate." The creature says and dream growls.

"They were innocent. How could you?" Dream asks and the creature chuckles.

"Hmm. Well i did it a little like this." The creature says and suddenly dream feels a searing pain in his back. He looks to see the arm had sprung to life by itself and had stabbed him with the blade. Dream growls, turns to the creature, and brings his staff down on the creature head cracking its skull open. He then grabs the blade and pulls it out of his back. He looks at the creature as the black goop leaves the corpse. Then his eyes widen as he sees it. This. This was fell. He throws up and loses conciousness.
