Awkward silence [Chanlix]

Felix's cheeks went scarlett as his eyes flickered looking into the olders "I-I'm not sure...", Chan's gaze dropped and his hand went limp "Ah... I see" he put his hands in his pockets, "Nevermind then, to be honest it would be a little awkward between us anyway..." Chan then pulled a fake smile, which Felix could tell was forced "Hyung I-" "See you on monday then... the beach!" Chan emphasized the word beach smiling brightly which again had no meaning...

Felix's heart hurt as he watched the older walk away, there was no spring in his step. I could run after him right now and confess to him, but he said it would be awkward anyway... Felix thought to himself standing there powerless, only to be able to mumble the words "Yeah... see you on monday".

Monday came quickly round the corner. The boys texted eachother asking where they should meet and what time, Felix was the first to arrive, wearing swimming trunks and a bag holding suntan cream, a towel and a ball. He also carried a tall umbrella under his arm but he tried not to take too much notice of that "Your here early" Felix spun on his heel at the sound of the person's voice, it was Bang Chan. "Y-Yeah I was excited so I arrived early...." Chan looked at Felix with a dead expression not even forming a smile "Cool" he then walked towards the lower end of the beach (closer to the Sea) Felix followed wobbling along with the Umbrella. Because the umbrella couldn't see where he was going because the umbrella was so big, he stumbled over his feet multiple times until Felix completely lost his footing "AH-" Felix shut his eyes tight bracing for impact, until he felt two strong arms wrapped around his waist securely "Jeez Felix are you ok?" Felix slowly opened his eyes to be face to face with a worried Chan. Their faces were so close that if Felix Hiccuped their lips would touch "Y-Yeah Im fine" Felix's cheeks filled with warmth, he then noticed Chan's eyes trail around his face and land on his lips, Chan slowly leant in then stopped sighing "I can't do this..." Felix looked at him sad that Chan felt like he couldn't do the thing he desired, and what Felix also desired. You can do it... I want you to Felix thought looking at Chan who's eyes were looking away from his. Chan then slowly rose Felix before grabbing his umbrella handing it to him, "Here, you can put it up over there..." Felix nodded and planted it into the sand, he struggled but Chan helped him causing his cheeks to heat up repeatedly. The others later arrived.
