Awkward silence [Chanlix]

When the boys got out the bathroom they were bombarded with questions, the two just ignored them but Chan still looked confused, the boys continued to have fun until night swept above them blanketing the sky with stars, everyone bought blankets with them as they knew it would get colder "Ok I'm gonna start the fire" Seungmin said holding up the flammable liquid "Hang on, wait is that safe?" Changbin asked looking at him, "Yeah Yeah don't set a light to liquid as extremely flammable bla bla bla bla yep seems good!" All of the 8 boys sighed as seungmin ignored the first words he said "I'll get the fire extinguisher..." Jeongin sighed going to grab one before coming back dragging it across the floor "Hey Jeongin let me help you..." Chan said standing up going to help him, Felix's heart fluttered a little at Chan's fatherly action, smiling to himself before looking at the ocean which is now illuminated by the moon's shine, Chan lifted up the extinguisher  carry it along to the others "Ok light her up" Chan nodded causing Seungmin to unscrew the bottle and slowly tilt it "WAIT" Felix shouted causing everyone to look at him, "Lets get some wood instead and build a pit in the sand, it will be much safer", this caused everyone to nod, "alright me and Felix will go and get some sticks from...well somewhere on this beach the rest of you....do whatever you want I guess" Chan shrugged before gesturing Felix to come with him, Felix nodded and followed Chan obediently.

The two looked for sticks, Felix was wrapped in his blanket following after Chan, while Chan left his blanket behind showing his bare back to Felix, this made Felix glance multiple times, "Ah! I found some" Chan said cheerfully causing Felix to snap out of his daydream "O-Oh, great!" Chan picked up the stack of sticks and continued walking back, "Do you need any help...?" Felix asked behind Chan as he was beginning to walk "well" he slowly turned around "You could keep me warm"  this caused Felix to blush luckily it was dark so Chan couldn't see "Sure....I guess" Felix then outstretched his arm wrapping the blanket round him and Chan, Felix could only wrap it around Chan's waist as Chan was still holding the stack of sticks, the action was a little awkward as Felix wobbled about still trying to keep Chan warm. When the boys returned Felix removed his arm before the others could see, "alright lets start this fire before we all freeze to death" Seungmin said lightly shaking "I'll help" Minho said standing up his blanket draped over his shoulders, Chan then put the sticks in the pit which must have been dug up while they were away "okay...ready?" Seungmin turned to everyone, which everyone nodded, Seungmin then struck the match, the match fell in what felt like slow motion, at the same time the wind hit Minhos blanket causing it to drape into the pit. The sticks crackled as the match fell setting them alight, everyone stood there admiring the fire as heat radiated off of it "I love the smell of smoke..." Hyunjin said humming smiling at the fire "Hey is something burning?" Jisung asked "Do you guys smell that?" Everyone nodded one by one, that is when Minho turned "maybe someones cooking a BBQ..." everyones face scrunched up in horror "Yeah and it seems like your the meat" Seungmin said tapping Minho then pointing to the blanket which is now on fire "Hmm?......AHHHHHHHHH IM ON FIREEEEE" Minho screamed at what he saw and began running round in circles "MINHO! STOP RUNNING AROUND IN CIRCLES YOU'LL BURN YOURSELF" Jisung said running after him, there were now 2 people running around in circles "Oh god... HANG ON JISUNG AND MINHO I'M COMING" Felix shouted running over "Felix its dange-" Chan tried to stop him but by that time he was gone "GO INTO THE SEA" Felix shouted running towards them, but Minho didn't listen he was too busy panicking, "Right..." Felix ran up to Minho grabbed his wrist picked him up avoiding the blanket and threw Minho into the ocean "YEET" Minho went flying screaming his head off along with the inflamed blanket, "whew..." "uh Felix...." Jisung tapped Felix's shoulder "Minho can't swim..." Felix's eyes widened "oh no..." he then ran into the ocean still wearing his blanket swimming after Minho, by then Chan ran up to Jisung after seeing the commotion and Felix running into the sea "W-Whats going on?" Chan huffed placing his hand on Jisungs shoulder "Well... Felix threw Minho into the ocean...Minho can't swim well so he went in to save him" "oh" Chan nodded, until he saw Felix's blanket wash up on shore...

Joking Joking

Chan panicked grabbing Felix's blanket, "its his...." he then called for Felix his eyes beginning to water until he heard "CHAN", Chan then looked up and saw Felix draggging Minho out of the ocean using all his strength to pull him out before laying Minho on the beach, tears dripped down Felix's face as he looked at Minho who wasn't breathing "I need... to give him CPR" Felix gulped, he then began pumping Minhos chest with his hands then he leaned down and looked at Chan who looked heartbroken at what he was about to see, then Felix placed his lips on Minho's breathing into his mouth, Jisung watched feeling hurt as well but he knew Felix was doing it to save Minho.

Cough Cough Minho's eyes fluttered open pulling himself up, Jisung ran to his side and hugged him, Felix then stood up to have Chan pull his waist and hug him tight "I thought I lost you..." Felix smiled hugging Chan back "You'll never lose me..."

After the drama happened they sat back at the fire where everyone was standing worried about what just happened, they began burning marshmellows and singing random songs, Felix had never heard anyone sing before especially Chan. When everyone fell asleep Chan and Felix sat there looking at the stars, what Felix didn't notice was that Chan's blanket had made its way round him pulling them closer "its a lovely night..." Felix sighed smiling "Yeah it is..." Chan hummed "Hey Felix..." "Yeah Chan" when Felix turned his head to the older, their faces were closer than expected, they looked in eachothers eyes then looked at eachothers lips, "I like you too Chan....I thought the second Kiss would prove that..." Felix said his eyes wandering around Chan's face, Chan's eyes widened looking at the younger "Really?" "Yeah....and I mean...more than friends...." Felix nodded still looking around Chan's face, there was a strong tension between the two, "Will you be my boyfriend?" Chan asked their voices quiet trying not to wake everyone up "Yeah..." Felix nodded slowly before placing his hand on Chan's cheek moving himself closer looking at Chan's lips, Chan then moved closer and closed the gap, they both wished this was their first kiss. They both stayed like that for a while enjoying the contact before pulling away and cuddling under the stars.
