" Well, where's your parents? " I asked her while sitting on her bed.
" Work. Well, they'll be coming home by 7, " she replied.
Then, she went to take some drinks so that when we feel thirsty we could drink some. But then, the atmosphere felt weird. A girl and boy in one room? Yuck. But we had to do it for a reason too.
Then, I took out my study materials and started to do my work while waiting for her.
" hey bro, I gotcha some drinks, " Jannah offered me.
She gave me my most favourite drink, coffee. Latte. To be exact. " Ya, thanks. What about you? " I questioned her.
" I made milk tea, " she replied. I was quite surprised because her family loves coffee and tea.
Then, we started to do our homework and revision. The atmosphere then was silent since we did not have much questions to ask. I only asked her a few questions for Mathematics since I was poor at that subject.
3 hours later. It was already, 5p.m we had been studying. My stomach grumbled since I did not eat a heavy lunch before going to her house. But then, at that specific time, it was time for us to pray.
" Hey Jannah, can you pray ? " I asked.
" Ya, why? " she responded.
" Oh okay, I'll use the other room which is your parents. " I stammered.
I wanted to pray with her but I forgot that we were not a family yet. If we were we could at least pray together but it was not the correct time.
After praying, I went out of Jannah's parents room and went to the kitchen. Her kitchen had lots of food. Her mother even made for her food.
