It was lunch time. Arav was standing with Ansh and Arushi in the college. They were talking when Arushi question silenced Arav and the sorrow pricked him.
"Where is Piya? Haven't she come college today?"
Arav looked away thinking for the reply.
"Hey is everything fine, Arav? You can tell us if something is wrong. Maybe I can help you in something?" Ansh said and looked at Arushi who nodded too
Arav looked at them. Maybe he could tell them and Ansh help him in finding about Abhay and this would end soon. His baby sister wouldn't suffer for too long.
Arav opened his mouth to say something when a furious Misha came there in hurry...
"Arav..." She stood beside him glaring him
Arav turned his attention to her. He was confused to see something different in her eyes but maybe he knew. He realized she wanted to ask about Piya only... He sighed ready to get another round of blast.
Misha opened her mouth to burst on him when her eyes fell on Ansh and Arushi. She didn't want to talk about their personal conflicts in front of newly found friends even if it hurts them she didn't care because she had some of her own rules that she won't breach.
"I want to talk to you..." Misha said and dragged Arav with her ignoring the uneasiness of Ansh and Arushi.
"Mish...." Arav tried to speak
Misha didn't reply. She walked in an empty classroom and locked the door after Arav walked in. She turned to him folding her arms over her chest.
"Where is Piya?" Misha asked
Arav didn't reply. Instead he looked away.
"I haven't seen her from morning. Her phone is switched off too. She didn't contact me once and it never happen before..." Misha looked at him with accusation
Arav couldn't stand her accusing glances. He was already feeling guilty. He turned his back to her inhaling a whiff of air
"why do I feel you are the reason behind it, Arav?" Misha said finally
Misha walked to him. Holding him from shoulder, she made him look at her. The realization dawned on seeing the guilt on his face. She gasped leaving him.
"You.... You did it, no? Please say Arav... You didn't..." Misha was too shocked to say anything, her words muddled into each other
Arav fell on his knees not able to withstand the harsh glances of his loved one and haunting screams of his little sister.
Misha didn't say or do anything. She just kept on watching him breaking down in front of her eyes.
"What should I do, Misha? What should I...." His words chocked
He gazed the palms of his both hand with disgust.
"I took care of her with my these hands, Mish. She is my kiddo... My baby sister... I love her more than I love Mahi... I never stop her fighting with Mahi... Her smile is the reason of our happiness... She is the life of our family... But see what I did? The tears I never allow in her eyes are now flowing because of me... I'm the reason she is hurt... I'm the reason......" Arav said painfully
"If it's hurting you so much then why are you doing it, Arav?" Misha asked, she didn't hold him instead stood still gazing him
"I want to make sure about that guy.... Mish. Believe me he's not what he seems... There's something wrong... His aura... There's surely something he is hiding.... " Arav said thoughtfully without moving a bit
