I cheered as TWICE was performing on stage. My favorite girl group.
We're at an award show and I couldn't help but feel excited as I watched so many talented groups/artists perform.
I'm in a band called g/n, and I'm the lead rapper. My group and have been around for awhile and we pretty big fan base.
At first I wasn't sure if I was cut out to be a kpop star because of my weight. I was surprised when then accepted me unlike other companies. At first, I used to get bullied and hurtful comments back in my trainee days.
But with the help of my band members and our fan base I haven't received any hurtful comments. My group was up next to perform and I'm not gonna lie I'm nervous as hell.
Other kpop bands barely know about us. I grew even more nervous when I notice the notorious boy band, BTS. I knew them but I didn't really know their names that well.
I stood up along with my band mates and bowed politely at them and sat right back down. But then I noticed that the oldest out of BTS sat right beside me.
I tried to calm down my racing heart and drank water to cool myself down. Then I felt and tap on my shoulder. I turn my head and notice they guy beside with a concern look on his face.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
But I couldn't help but admire his beautiful face. He then waves his hand in front of my face causing my ears to turn red from the embarrassment.
He laughed a little and I also laughed but it was one of those ugly nervous laughs. But the guy laughed even more.
"Wow, that was..unexpected but cute." He said. "I'm Kim Seokjin, What's you're name?" The guy named Seokjin asked.
"I'm Y/n l/n, nice to meet you" I said.
He smiled and I shyly smiled. "So did you enjoy our performance? Or were you to busy looking at my worldwide handsome face?" He said with a light laugh.
"It was really good, I was amazed! But I couldn't focus on you because the others catched my eyes." I said.
Seokjin gasped dramatically which caused me to laugh. "I'm hurt, Y/n." He said.
"Y/n, we have to go we're performing next." One of my band member said.
"Well Seokjin, it was wonderful talking to you but I have to go." I said and stood up.
"Good luck, I'll be cheering you on! Oh and you can just call me Jin!" He shouted and I gave him a thumbs up with my lovely smile.
"Up next is g/n!" The mc said.
Everyone cheered and the music started playing and then I heard our fans due our fanchant.
"Y/n! I love your body!"
"Ugh! Y/n is such a queen!"
"Fuck it Y/n! Fuck it up!"
I tried to stay in character as I rapped my part of the song but my fans kept cheering me on, I just love them with all my heart.
Today is the day I show that chubby girls or boys can become a kpop idol!
The song ended and everyone cheered. I looked around spotted Jin, standing up and cheering. I smiled and blew some kisses to my fans and I blew a kiss to Jin. I saw him catch it and placed it in his chest where his heart is at.

After relaxing backstage, we headed back to our seats.
People bowed and so did we. I saw Jin and surprisingly he hugged me. I tense up a bit but than gave in and hugged him back.
"Y/n you were amazing up there! You and your group were queens up there!" Jin exclaimed.
I smiled and sat down because a girl is still tired plus I'm chubby what do you expect.
Jin and talked and cheered throughout the whole award show. My group and I eventually won an award on best girl group.
But every girl group is amazing in my opinion. At the end Jin congratulated me.
As we walked off the stage I heard Jin calling out my name.
"Hey Y/n, I was wondering if you ever want to hang out sometimes? Jin asked.
I felt my ears get hot and I nodded my head.
"Yeah, that'll be great." I said.
Jin grab my marshmallow looking hand and kissed it.
"Can't wait, beautiful." Jin said.
And with that he ran off towards his group. From that moment on I knew this friendship was headed somewhere better.

It's 1:42 in the morning where I live and since I love you guys, I wrote this chapter.
