I freeze unable to move complete numbness fills my body I can hear my own heart beat loudly in my ears at a rapid speed my breathing is uneven and I feel like I want to faint my first thought is go get the towel you idiot. Everything happened in a blur speed of time next thing I know is I am standing in nothing but a towel in front of an wide open bathroom door and flushing with anger my lungs is suffocating from the lack off oxygen as I hold my breath trying not to sound like a complete bitch I say.
" What the hell can't you see the door was closed or are you blind and blond because clearly it looks like it plus there is a guess bathroom downstairs to use you know ... Agh just get out!!!!." I yell and she starts to laugh.
"I am truly sorry I didn't know the bathroom was aquipadda and no I didn't want to use the downstairs bathroom I mean it reaks of alcohol, vommit, god knows what more and I mean I did ask Zack if I could use his bathroom and he just said yeah whatever very much grumpily might I add and after all I flew from Canada to here I mean can I at least get a nice cousin please but then again he was pretty pissed that I told him to clean this house before 1 or no more parties this holiday or whatever but anyways he never told me someone especially a girl was in his bathroom oh god you guys didn't sleep together..."
And that's when I interrupted her," Excuse me but I did not sleep with him I mean yeah I slept in the same bed as him but that's only because I couldn't walk myself to the guest bedroom and no I am not his girlfriend I am the neighbor or was at least until my parents decided to move to Italy and leave me here with that dimwit downstairs and your his what exactly?" I asked confused and rising an eyebrow.
" Oh you must be Kate then nice to meet you I am Ranchel Zack's cousin I live in Canada and I am here to babysit the two of you for the next two weeks."
"Oh well ... uh great I guess nice to meet you." And then she burst out laughing again.
I raise my eyebrows confused at her fits of laughter.
"SORRY IAM REALLY SORRY I JUST NEVER WOULD'VE IMAGINED TO MEET SOMEONE IN A BATHROOM IN NOTHING BUT A TOWEL. "and that's when it hit me I am still completely naked in front of Zacks cousin in nothing but a towel.
" Not to be rude or anything but do you mind I mean I am still in a towel as you have reminded me oh and tell that idiot egotistical cousin of yours I am going to kill him " I say.
"Oh no I'll see you downstairs enjoy the shower," and with that she left and i felt a pool of relief wash over me that it was a girl that walked in and not Zack nor any other guy.So calmly I resume my shower but Zack won't get away with this at all he knew I was in the shower and yet he still sent his cousin to this bathroom.
ZACK
From the screaming and laughter coming from upstairs I can only assume that my cousin has opened the door while Kate was in the shower I know for a fact that I'll be hearing it from the both of them but it serves them both
Kate for hooking up with that dick last night in the pool and Ranchel because she showed up unannounced and is making me clean this fucking mess this isn't even my fault it is mostly Kate's if she hadn't waltz into my life that morning in the locker rooms my brain wouldn't be such a mess I wouldn't try to change my ways for her I mean I never cared for a girl like I do her and well I wouldn't have beat the shit out of my best friend Dylan just because of a girl and then I wouldn't have had to throw this damn party to apologize god my head is so messed up right now I can't even think straight I feel like I'm in one of those cheesy romance chick flicks that always annoys me to the core. So basically everything above is all Kate's fault.
Just as my inner thoughts had finished I see my couz emerge from the stairs.
" Hey couz so you know interesting fact your bathroom wasn't empty and that girl your mom says is so nice has quite the temper apparently so good luck explaining to her why you lied to me and send me to that bathroom when she comes down ok."
Ranchel says as she patts me on the back.
I sigh and start to clean.
