Karl's POV

"Are you guys ready? We're almost there!" Nari's mother said.

"Yeaaaaaaaah!" We all cheered.

"Haha, you all are so energetic as usual! Ahh, youth!" Aunt Alexa added. "Here we are, children!" She then came to a stop and we followed suit. She stopped at a front of a ridiculously big door. She then chanted something that I presume was a spell to unlock the door. The door handle glowed white, then it spread from the handle to the whole door. The door then creaked opened by itself. The room was scarily dark.

"You guys scared?" She asked, we all just slightly nodded. "Just stick with me and don't wander around. Let's go!" Aunt Alexa said, still facing the inside of the room. She then walked inside so we also followed. When all of us had got in, the door closed.

"Why is it so dark in here Aunt Alexa? Shouldn't we turn the lights on?" Daisy suggested.

"Ooooh! You scared lil kid?" Ethan teased.

"Shut up blonde, i know you are scared too!" Daisy retorted. "Should I cast a magic light spell? It's really dark."

"Hahaha.. you can try!" Aunt Alexa laughed, a little bit scary that made me feel a cold sweat down my spine. What does she mean we can try?

"Well.. here i goes!" Daisy started. A few moments passed and she stayed silent.

"What's taking you so long! Go on!" Ethan yelled.

"I... I... c-cant!" Daisy stuttered.

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?! Just cast a spe...ll..." Ethan also trailed off the last word. "Why can't I use my powers?" He exaggeratedly gasped.

"What?"

"What are you talking about?"

We all also started to cast a spell. But... why... can't... I remember any spell? Why?

"Pffft! HAHAHAHAHA! You are all so funny!" Aunt Alexa then laughed. Her booming voice echoed through the entire room. "Ahh, youth!" She said as her laugh came to a stop. We're all just there, still dumbfounded. "Haaaaai. Welcome to the dark labyrinth, children!" She said. Dark labyrinth? You mean...

"*gasp* OH MY GOD! Are we really...?" Shara gasped.

"Oh no! I heard that our magic core level will determine the time we'll get out!" Ivan stated.

"Mhmm. Good, good! Someone did their assignment, huh. One point for you lil guy." Aunt Alexa said.

"Then, if our magic core level is about in three star bronze level, then how long will it take?" Shara asked.

"The time will be determined by the sum of all our magic core level. My magic core level is about... uhm, 5 star black gold elite level. Summing all your magic core level, then it'll take about...? 17 minutes?" She said as she calculated the time it'll take to reach the end of the dark labyrinth.

"Arghhh... so long... so we'll walk for about 17 minutes?" Ethan whined.

"Why does it called dark labyrinth aunt Alexa?" Shara asked

"Good question, shara." Aunt Alexa said as she clapped both her hands. "The answer is...

... for you to find out!" She said obliviously.

"Ughhh!" They all exclaimed. Does it has to do with the space?

"Is it about the space?" I said asked. They all went silent for a bit, even Aunt Alexa spoke nothing.
