Taehyung's POV:

Chang led the way, holding my hand and keeping me close as my eyes flickered with excitement. I hadn't been to the lake in years, and as it is pretty hot outside, a nice cold swim sounded amazing. I looked around the area before smiling brightly when the lake came into view; it looked beyond refreshing.

I let go of Chang's hand, quickly slipping away as I instantly jumped into the water. I held my breath, going under for a moment before coming up, the sound of Jungkook's angelic laughter ringing in my ears.

I smiled brightly, brushing my hair out of my face as I looked up at the two handsome men in front of me. I looked up at Jungkook, a soft lil smirk on my lips as I tried my best to look pretty, perking up slightly as I moved my hair, attempting to keep his attention focused on me.

While I did so Chang headed across the street, buying some supplies for our evening as he begun to set it out. First he set out a large comfy blue blanket, kneeling down as he then begun to set out various snacks and fun lil games and activities.

Jungkook chuckled softly as he looked in my eyes before glancing over, watching for a moment as Chang finished setting things out.

I chuckled softly as I pulled myself out of the water, being sure that I didn't ring out my shirt or anything as I ran over and hugged Chang, climbing to sit in his lap.

I laughed lightly as Chang let out a distressed hum, his clothes getting all wet from me as his brows furrowed.

"Shit TaeTae- god you're soaking wet- and it's cold! You little shit!" Chang said, trying to sound angry but no one could fall for it due to the bright smile across his face.

We stayed there all afternoon and evening, only even considering returning home around 11:30pm when we realized we had fallen victim to mosquitos.

Jungkook took an uber home, Chang insisting I did the same before giving up as he allowed me to walk him to the campus.

You see, I lived close enough that I didn't bother to get a dorm, but Chang's original home was a few hours away, so he was left having to live in one of the dorms.

I walked through the campus, staying with him all the way up until he put the key in the lock to his dorm room.

"Okay, Okay; I'm here now you can go home." Chang said as he smiled softly, giving me a big goodnight hug and a soft kiss on the cheek before heading into the dorm room, gently closing the door behind him as I begun to make my way home.

Changkyun's POV:

I gently pushed the wooden door shut before turning around, leaning my back against the cold surface as I looked up at the room.

I had my bed and the desk/shelving unit that the dorm had offered, a large empty space in the other side of the room where a roommates bed once sat.

You see, Tae had been set to be my roommate, but before anyone could even get word to him he had announced that he would be staying home; a few days after they removed the extra bed and desk, as no one else would be sharing a dorm with me.

I shuffled my way over to my bed, dropping my bag down as I fell onto the soft black comforter. I opened my eyes, looking at my alarm clock that was sitting atop the wooden dresser; it was 12:04am.

I pushed myself to sit up, looking around the room before walking into the bathroom as I opened up the mirrored cabinet, pulling out the small yellow-orange prescription bottle.

I carefully opened the cap, taking out 2 small pills before pouring cold water into a cup. I closed my eyes, taking my antidepressants and my anxiety medication before shuffling back to my bed.

I tried not to keep secrets from Tae, in fact I told him most things, but this was not one of them. For the last 2-3 years or so I had been on prescribed medication for my depression and anxiety, how I managed to hide this from Tae for all these years? Beats me.

I closed my tired eyes, not even bothering to get under the covers or change into my sleepwear as I tucked one arm under my pillow, falling asleep as the night got the best of me.

I woke up earlier the next morning, much earlier then I usually do. I tried to fall back asleep, but after spending about a half hour just tossing and turning I decided that watching the sunrise might not be so bad.

I pulled myself out of bed, taking a hot shower before changing into some cleaner clothes. I threw on a grey t-shirt and a black jacket overtop, sliding on some black skinny jeans along with it before putting on my shoes and heading outside.

I walked out into the parking lot, deciding that maybe it would be nice to surprise Tae with some breakfast on this early Sunday morning.

I got in my car, turning the key before starting to drive as I left the campus and made my way towards Bob Evans; one of Tae's breakfast favorites.

I hummed as I got on the highway, turning on some music and tapping my finger softly along to the rhythm as I kept an eye out for the exit I had to take.

I glanced through my side view mirror, seeing a semi-truck coming up on my right as I turned on my blinker, turning one more lane to the left. Growing up I always had a slight fear of driving directly next to semi-trucks; I always felt that they were larger and harder to control, more prone to an accident.

I luckily avoided the accident, mentally praising myself for taking my medication before I left as I got off on my exit, making the rest of the drive to Bob Evans safely.

I parked, stepping into the building as I got food for me and Tae before getting back on the highway to head home. It was about 5 o'clock, so I would get to Tae just in time for him to be able to eat before we would have to leave for our classes at 7:30.

I hummed softly, turning off the radio once it had begun to give me a headache. Everything was smooth, the sun had finally begun to come out and the breeze was wonderful through my opened window.

I glanced up at the sign, nodding when I saw I was headed in the right direction as I got on the long, bridge-like part of the highway, glancing down at the busy cars on the highway below me.

Within a matter of seconds all of that peace had left me, a gasp escaping me as my anxiety begun to skyrocket through the roof.

I glanced over to my left, a light having caught my attention. Before I knew It a large truck had rammed into the left side of my car, t-boning me as I sent my car tumbling over the small railing of the highway.

My knuckles turned white as I gripped the steering wheel tightly, squeezing my eyes shut as my car quickly fell to the busy highway below me.
