Ellie POV:

I was at the diner and all of a sudden I see Issac walk in. "Issac?" I said to myself. And smiling I walked to him. "Hi." I said. "Hi."  He replied pulling me into his embrace. "What's wrong?" I asked. "I just really missed you and I had to see you." He said kissing my forehead. "I missed you too." I said with a smile. "Did you want to eat something?" I asked with a smile. "Yeah I'm starving." He replied with a smile. "What do you wanna eat?" I asked taking his hand and bringing him to a booth. "The breakfast combo please." He said sitting down. "Coming right up." I said with a smile leaving to the kitchen to ask the chef to make him his food.

"Here's your food." I said placing the food right in front of him and the sitting across from him. "Thanks." He said with a smile. As I was sitting I just sat there and admire his face. He looked so stressed out and it looked like he was so tired. "Are you feeling okay?" I asked with concern. "Yeah. I just have a lot of work that has made me a little stressed. That's all." He said not even looking up at me. "We shouldn't have gone to LA. Now you have piles of work." I said with a frown. "It's okay. I needed a break anyways." He said finally looking up with a small smile. "What are you gonna do after this?" I asked. "I have to head back to the office." He replied. Of course he had to go back. I said to myself. "I'm actually going on a business trip tomorrow to Chicago." He said looking up. "Oh. Okay, for how many days?" I asked. "A whole week." He said slowly. A whole week. I said to myself. "Okay." I replied looking down at my hands. "Don't worry. I'll have some body guards outside the house the whole time while I'm gone." He said grabbing my hand and putting it in his. I lightly nodded my head.

The next morning...

"Get there safely okay." I said fixing Issac's tie. "I will." He said lightly pinching my cheek. "I'll see you in a week." He said kissing me. "Okay." I replied with a smile. We walked downstairs and I walked him out to the car. "I'll see you soon!" I yelled waving as the car drove away. I felt sad seeing him drive away. I walked back in to get ready for work.

Issac POV:
I felt horrible for leaving Ellie all alone for a week but I have some really important meetings taking place in LA.
After a few hours I finally arrived in Chicago. I went straight to a meeting. When I came out I decided to call Ellie to see what she was doing since I have 30 minutes until my next meeting. But she didn't pick up. She's probably still working. "Sir the car is ready." Nick one of my bodyguards came to tell me.

It was 5:00 in the evening and I was about to call Ellie until I saw...
