"Are you going home?," Jungkook said as soon as the class ended.
"Yeah."
"Cool, let's go together," he smiled his bunny smile.
"Whoa, whoa. What's with the new development?," Minsoo said and I rolled my eyes.
"He's my neighbor, remember?"
"Oh, right. Is he the one who moved in place of the Hans?"
I felt a soft twinge of pain as I nodded.
"Can't complain now, can you?," Shinhye wiggled her eyebrows and I watched Jungkook blush from the corner of my eye.
"Yeah, y/n. You wanted a better replacement and you got it!," Minsoo said.
"He's right here, guys," I hissed. "Look, you've made him feel awkward," I frowned.
"I'm sorry, my friends are stupid and don't understand the rules and mechanics of mannerism," I looked at him apologetically.
"And we're sorry you're neighbors with such a bore," Shinhye said which made me chuckle and elbow her.
"Oh she isn't a bore. I find her quite interesting," Jungkook said and now it was my turn to blush.

On our way to the bus stop, I looked at him walking beside me.
"Do you like the new house?"
He looked astonished. "I thought you hated me."
And now I was shocked. "Hate you? Why would I hate you?"
"You know, for moving into your beloved neifhbors' house."
Oh.
I felt bad for making him feel that way as guilt washed over me. "I'm sorry if it seemed that way."
I looked at my feet and I slowly walked.
"So you don't hate me, then?," his voice was so... relieved.
"Of course not. It was only natural for somebody else to move in. I'm actually glad it's you who did. You know better than some annoying and loud college student with a fatass cat." (Get it? The reference? No? Okay :( )
