"Approaching people is difficult." Thomas sighed.

"That's an understatement." Virgil had the slightest of smirks as he popped up.

"Oh, Anxiety, well that settles it, I'm not gonna approach anyone this year." Thomas frowned ever so slightly and thennnnn Dad showed up. Virgil frowned, such strange characters to be deemed the light sides. 

The Valentines video went as planned, well other than him accidentally holding Princey's hand, he was still wiping his hand on his jeans when he walked into Deceit. 

"I'm tired of being your minute-man and going to the light sides whenever you say. Their annoying and I accidentally held Princey's hand which is gross!" Virgil stuck his tongue out in disgust. 

"You held his hand?" There was a sign of hurt in Deceit's voice before he shook his head. "I'm sorry, my dear, but I have to, not much longer, I promise." Deceit kissed Virgil's forehead. "Okay?"

"Okay..."

A couple of weeks later, near the end of the cartoon video, Anxiety could honestly care less but Roman wrote him into the script so he had to be here, it was weird, Remus always talked bad about Roman, but Roman wasn't...that bad. "And Anxiety is the fairest of them all!" Roman exclaimed, and, wait, was that a compliment, Virgil bit his tongue to keep in his automatic response he uses whenever Remus gets too flirty, instead just leaning away from Roman with a disgusted look. "Oh, C'mon, guys it was a pale joke." Roman defended, Virgil rolled his eyes.

"Good one, I've had enough for today." And Virgil was gone, back in the dark side. "Oh, hey, Dee." Virgil started to smile at his boyfriend but the smile fell when he noticed the angry look in Deceit's eyes. "What's wrong?"

"Roman. I know, he doesn't know that you're taken but he flirts with you too much! I don't like it!" Deceit is angry. 

"Look, Dee, I don't think he means any of it, and I'm not attracted to him at all, I love you-" Virgil was cut off by another yell from Deceit. 

"You should be bothered by this Isabell! You shouldn't be fine with other's flirting with you!!" Virgil flinched at that name, staying silent. Deceit was confused before he realized what he said. "Virgil, I didn't mean-" 

"You never mean anything do you?" Virgil spit out harshly. "I didn't mean to work all night, I didn't mean it when I said this, I didn't mean it when I called you the name that you haven't been called in several. Fucking. Years!" Virgil swiped at his eyes. "I can't believe you."

"Well, then maybe you should break up with me." Deceit didn't mean it, Virgil knew that, but the offer was tempting right now. 

"Then I am, we're over." Virgil started to walk away, his room moved the longer he stayed around the light sides, the mind palace shifting and accommodating, moving him closer to the light sides. 

"Virgil, wait, I didn't mean it! Aren't we friends?" Deceit didn't move after Virgil, just standing there, shocked. 

"I'm not so sure we are." And Virgil was gone, in his room, alone. That's when tears started falling.

So as a timeline, Deceit started getting angry after the cartoon video, so the next video Virgil would be in is the accepting anxiety.
