Just to let you know, Nibi dyed his hair blonde in this part of the story.

And he had to wear glasses because his vision was getting a little bit blurry.

But, he still looks the same in the header image back at Chapter 7.

Hairstyle, face, and everything else.

Also, Serenity has grown a bit taller now.

Nibi sighed a little as he looked at his drawing tablet.

He's been having difficulty trying to think up a good image for Serenity since the picture he was working on is her surprise gift.

As he stared at the drawing tablet, he suddenly noticed Serenity heading back into the house as he looked out the window.

Quickly as he can, Nibi saved (what he was still working on) the image and turned the tablet off before putting it up in his desk drawer.

"Nibi, I'm back." Serenity announced as she entered into the house.

"Hey, honey...How'd it go?" Nibi asked as he looked up at Serenity.

"It went alright. I got news to tell you though!" Serenity replied as she looked at Nibi.

"What is it?" Nibi asked curiously.

Then Serenity gave Nibi a hug.

"I just found out that I'm having twins! And one of them is a boy!" Serenity said.

Nibi looked at Serenity in shock before hugging her back in joy.

"Oh my Arceus! I'm so happy to hear that! But, what's the other twins' gender?" Nibi exclaimed before asking Serenity out of curiosity again.

"The other one is a girl. We're gonna have a son and a daughter!" Serenity replied excitedly.

Nibi started to smile as he laughed a little.

"We should go out and celebrate. Y'know...Like going out to a restaurant or something like that..." Nibi said as he parted from hugging before he looked at Serenity.

Serenity nodded in agreement.

"Yeah! We should!" Serenity replied.

"Let's wait until 4:00 okay? After all, you did just get back here...

And you should rest for a bit too from all that walking...I'm sure it must've been very tiring for you since you're pregnant..." Nibi said as he held Serenity's paw before guiding her to the couch and helping her sit down.

"Yeah. You're right about that..." Serenity agreed as she nodded her head.

Nibi sat next to Serenity and then rested his hand on Serenity's stomach as he looked at her.

Serenity smiled and rested her paw on top of Nibi's hand.

"Just 3 more months and our kids will be here...I can't wait to see what they'll look like..." Nibi said as he looked at his hand where he rested it at.

"Me too, honey..." Serenity replied as Nibi rubbed her stomach soothingly. "Hopefully, one of them will have your beautiful eyes..."

Nibi nodded his head in agreement before he gave Serenity a kiss on the cheek.

"I hope so too..." Nibi replied.

Then Serenity wrapped her arms around Nibi as she looked at him.

Nibi kissed Serenity deeply on the lips until they parted.

"Serenity?" Nibi began.

"Hm? What is it?" Serenity asked.

"Did you feel that?" Nibi replied as he looked at Serenity's stomach.

"What?" Serenity replied.

"Didn't you feel one of the twins move a little?" Nibi asked.

Nibi and Serenity paused for a moment before they both felt one of the twins move again.

Serenity letted in a light gasp before she started to laugh a small bit.

"Oh my Arceus. I don't believe that this is happening. I'm so happy!" Serenity said as she smiled.

"I know! Right?!" Nibi replied as he gave Serenity a hug.

Serenity gave Nibi a kiss on the cheek as she looked down at her stomach and smiled before rubbing it soothingly again.

After the clock said "4:00 pm" , Nibi helped Serenity get ready to leave the house after gathering up their things.

Once they were all ready, Nibi and Serenity went out of the house after Nibi locked the door behind him.
