FlutterDash - Bad Dream

Rainbow Dash's POV

I struggle against Soarin, trying desperately to save Fluttershy.

"RAINBOW DASH!" She yelled out.

I looked up at her and watched as Discord pushed Fluttershy over the edge, sending her to fall down to her death.

I tried to get out of Soarin's grip, but he wouldn't budge.

The only thing I could do was watch Fluttershy hit the ground.

"AHH!" I woke up screaming, sitting up quickly.

I was breathing heavily as I looked around my room.

Thank god... it was just a bad dream...

I glanced at my alarm clock and saw that it was only 4am.

There's no way I can sleep now.

So, I get up and walk down stairs to grab something to snack on. I sat down on a stool at my kitchen island, and grabbed my phone from my pocket.

Maybe Fluttershy is awake?

I go to text Fluttershy, keeping the text simple.

Rainbow Dash: Hi

--5 minutes later--

Fluttershy: Hi Dashie! Is everything okay? It's 4am...

Rainbow Dash: Yeah... everything's fine. I just had a bad dream...

Fluttershy: Oh... what was it about?

Rainbow Dash: Um... can I tell you in person?

Fluttershy: Sure! If that'll make you feel better.

Rainbow Dash: Thanks, Shy.

Fluttershy: Of course. I'll see you at school then?

Rainbow Dash: I'll see you at school.

I blushed as I turned off my phone, setting it down on the island.

She's such an angel. She's always so nice to everyone.

I went to grab some ice cream from the freezer, grabbing a spoon as well. Then I sat back down on the stool.

Suddenly I got a buzz.

Who could that be?

I grabbed my phone and saw that it was Fluttershy.

I blushed hard and opened my phone up.

Fluttershy: Um... I know what it's like to not want to go to bed after having a nightmare... so, if you want, I could come over now or you could?

Rainbow Dash: Really?... are you sure?

Fluttershy: Of course, Dashie!

Rainbow Dash: Thanks, Shy... I'll come over. I can just use my pony power speed to get there.

Fluttershy: Hehe that's true. Okay, that sounds good. Let me know when you get here?

Rainbow Dash: I will! See you soon!
