Hello! Welcome to my blog! Well I suppose that is what I will call it. :) My name is Gerard Terran. Gerard is my first name and Terran is my middle name. These aren't my birth names, they are names that I have chosen for myself. If you read my bio, or the bio of this new thing I'm starting you will know that I am queer. Well, I say queer as a blanket term because I am not sure what I am.

You see, I was born as a female, i was assigned female at birth. But ive never really identified as a "girl" or with society's standards of what "girls" and "females" do. Up until maybe about 8 days ago I thought I was a transgender male for about two years. I didnt really identify with whatever females did and I really did identify and do a lot of things that are more masculine and that "boys" do. So I was like maybe i am transgender. At first I gave myself the name "DJ" because of my youtube account "Djspookyface". (I changed it) Its a Twenty One Pilots thing. But I went by DJ for a couple of weeks untill I was feeling quite serious about my being trans, so I decided to go for the name "Gerard". Gerard like the fabulous Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance. I am a huge fan of them and I always liked Gerard's name. Its unique and not very common and I could really see myself with that name. So that's what I decided. Gerard. And ive been going as Gerard for also almost 2 years. Now, I identity that name with myself more than Gerard Way. He inspired me with the name idea and ive grown a personal connection with it.

I thought I was a Transgender boy for about two years. I told people my new preferred name and my pronouns He/Him and there it was. I really did feel that this was me. I mean I could really identify with being a boy. I acted more masculine and like a boy already. So it fit me well. It made me feel more like myself.

When I wasn't having severe dysphoria.

  But somthing happened recently that made me rethink EVERYTHING about my gender and identity.

But that will be on other post because that whole thing needs its own separate post.

I'll talk about my middle name though.

The name Terran is new. Ive had the ne in mind for maybe about 10 months now. I had a classmate on Drumline with that name and i was like "oh that's a pretty cool name". Don't remember the spelling of his name but I really liked it. I played around with different spellings of it like "Terren, Tarren, Tyran, Tyrrn, Tyren, Tyrn." The spellings got a little crazy. But as of late I really was stuck in between Terren, Tarren, and Terran. I looked up some different spellings of the name and I didnt get anything wild like I had came up with. But it did say that the name "Terran" was a unisex name. And I kinda liked the spelling T-E-R-R-A-N. so Terran is what I went with.

You probably know that I love punk rock from my account name alone. I love Green Day. They are my favorite band of all time. But I also love blink-182, The Offspring, Sex Pistols, Ramones, The Clash etc etc. Some other bands I like are Nirvana, Queens Of The Stone Age, Weezer, Everclear, Slipknot, Slayer, System Of A Down, Sum 41 ect. I also love My Chemical Romance, like I said before. I like Twenty One Pilots as well. I like Panic! At The Disco and Fall Out Boy. But I like their older stuff better to be honest. My music range goes all the way from Alternative rock to the hardest Metal. With punk rock and poppunk in between. But every now and then I do like to listen to lo-fi to chill me out and get mellow.

Some other things I enjoy are dank memes (all memes really but the dank ones hit hard) reading, playing Geometry Dash on my phone, drawing, making comics, journalism stuff (like photography, writing articals getting the latest interviews and scoop of things going on), and making music. I used to play violin and trumpet in band. This past school year I was in pit percussion in marching band. I loved marching band I had so much and made really good friends and memories. Im a marching band nerd. Sadly i cannot do marching band this upcoming school year due to financial problems....i also love writing. (D u h) I like writing stories and novels. Of any genre really. I also love writing songs. I  love love love writing songs. Ive been told that i can write really well. I wanna write songs for other music artisits and the really big and popular music artists ond day. I wanna do that untill maybe hopefully I can start my own punk rock band one day. I might either drum, or play electric guitar and sing in the band. But right now its kinda a pipe dream.

Some other cool facts about me are that I'm pansexual. I like everyone, well I'm open to everyone that is. I don't discriminate. I like girls, boys, trans boys and girls non binary people gender queer peole cross dressers...you get it. I like people for their personality not for what's in their pants or their gender. But I am also not slamming people for liking or being attracted to a cerrain gender. So if you only like girls or boys or ect. That is ok. Love is love.

Of course not if you are a pedofile or you fuck animals or if you are attracted to your own family members. I draw the line there.

Well that is all I have for you today. I am going to write another post soon about how I came to the conclusion about my gender and what I am questioning today. Im also going to post how I feel about this next upcoming school year.
