Rise of Greed

We are currently climbing this slightly pink mountain as silence reign between us. She did not talk and so do I after what happened down the mountain a while ago. I am currently observing the green trees that we are passing by. When I said green trees, it literally mean "green". Well, all of the trees here are only green trunks and branches. I do not know why but they do not have leaves. All of the assorted colored leaves are on the soil fallen while some withered. Maybe it is their planet's autumn this time. Just a few moments ago we also passed by a some sort of dead gray bird with a tail that like of a dog. Its intestine is open and hollow as if it is eaten by something. I want to ask a question but I do not want to approach her right now. Without the two of us interacting, this colorful world seems very dead, very silent, very ... ... ... colorless inside. I am not really sure of what is happening. It is very impossible that we were not able to meet any other Szxuveek here or at least even any other living creature like a plant or insects. We have travelled far from her room. Where is everyone? Where is everybody?

That is completely hyprocritical. They are just telling everyone that emotions destroys progress and if we let our emotions control us, progress and the future of the Szxuveeks will be put on stake. That is why we should contol and get rid of it. For many years, Szxuveeks believe this training scam but at last it came to an end. It is because it is very impossible to be emotionless. It will always be part of our lives. Look, the normal Szxuveeks following the government wholeheartedly is because of fear of being killed. The creation of new things and inventions is because of the feeling of needing it. The continuous dedication to work for the sake of continuous progress is because of the feeling of satisfaction after achieving the goal. Some Szxuveeks that runs the government making sure they will have descendants is because of the feeling of wanting to have the power remain to them. The governement not allowing us to use the space vehicle is because of fear of getting captured by other species. Emotions is always there. It is just that Szxuveeks are not aware of it before.

That is sad.

What exactly are them?

They are one of the early elites in our history. They controlled the government for almost 2 Billion Szxuveekian years. From the beginning, when a female member of the Ruberysa clan releases a "seed" It will be planted differently from the other Szxuveeks' seedlings. It will be isolated. Also, only male members of the clan can fertilized the flower. That is why they are claiming they are pure, they are royal and they have the only right to rule this planet.

So ... they are a family?

Yes. Something like that. They are the only Szxuveeks who knows who their acsendants and members are. While all of us are just a by-product of the need to "reproduce". We are all made through mass plantation and mass fertilization resulting to unknown track of who are parents are? While the Ruberysa are enjoying all their power together with their family members.

What happened?

As the story goes, They are the ones who run the government for many years. They are the ones responsible for killing many innocent Szxuveeks that tried to tell the truth about their corruption and greed of power. And the Ruberysas are also the ones to blaim for making the law where if a Szxuveek that bloomed has a disability it will be sanctioned for death penalty for the crime of "Being Useless to the community". Remember when I said that the life expectancy is 40 to 50 years old. Biologically, that is not true. A healthy Szxuveek can survive at least up to 65 years. But just like the disabled baby Szxuveeks, when someone passes his/her own productive age. The governemnt will charge him/her for the crime of "being useless" with the penalty of death.

What!? That is not acceptable.

I know. Actually, WE KNOW! That is why a planet wide revolution break out last month. Everyone is already Wide Awake. We want freedom. We want a new government. A governemnt were every Szxuveek can participate. We fight for our right to live. We fight for our right to be treated fairly. We fight for our right to show our emotions and opinions freely. We fight for our right to rest from work. We fight for the rights of the disabled and the elderly. We fight for our right to choose our partners. We fight for our right to have the rights we all deserved.

What happened to the fight?

The fight is over. And nobody wins. Everyone loses.

(Sighs) ... That is a pretty long climb. Isn't it?

I was carrried away with how are conversation is going. I did not noticed that we already reach the top of the mountain. Oh, it is a flat surface. So this is more of like a plateau. The top of this mountain has a little flat surface and a cliff a few meters from us.
