Chapter Three

Ohh... I think I've gotten quite good at updating! Haha yay meee :P All though I should thank to my friends for making me write more :))

The dinner was pretty awkward. Since I'm still mad at my brother we haven't talked in the whole dinner, my mom have just been eating quietly and my dad have just been babbling about his work even though I dont think any of us care.

"So, how was school sis?" Matthew says with a evil smirk. I cant believe he just did that, what a... a... a DORK!

"It... it was uhm... fine" I say awkwardly and take a bite of my spaghetti bolagnaise, my dad don't know that I got detention yet and my brother is trying to make him mad at me.

"You sure? What did you do in first period?" Matthew say and smirk again, what a arsehole!

"Just shut up Matt okay?" I say without thinking, making Matt grin. Oh how I wish I could just wipe of that irritating smile of yours.

"Marsie, language!" My dad said strict, "Now why won't you tell us?" my dad say suspiciously. Now my mom take over.

"Michael dear lets just leave it" My mom say to my dad and take his hand. Thank you mom!

"What! That's no fair! When I get detention everyone makes a huge discussion out of it!" Matthew yells, clearly annoyed. Okay I see his point, he always gets grounded when he gets detention or do something bad.. but like he does it really often!

"What!? Marsie got detention!? For what!?" My dad breaks out both surprised and annoyed, "Leilah, why haven't you told me this?" he says and stand up

Have you ever felt like just sinking down in a hole and hide? Yeah that's how I feel right now.

"She was late to school, but-" My mom starts but Matthew quickly interrupts her.

"2 and a half hour to be exact" He say annoyed.

"2 AND A HALF HOUR!?" Dad shrieks, god damn you Matthew you selfish idiot!

"Dad..." I begin quietly.

"NO DAD! HOW DID YOU BECOME 2 AND A HALF HOUR LATE TO SCHOOL!?" He yells.

"She was out with her boyfriend" Matthew mumbles sounding pretty pissed of.

"HE IS NOT MY BOYFRIEND OKAY!?" I stand up and yell before I march angrily out the room. Im sick of the arguement now and I just want to go watch some YouTube.

I run up to my room and lock the door before I lay down in bed. This is so typhical my brother! He's so egonsentric and full of himself! Why cant he just be nice for once!? I really miss the times when we were young... I sit up and grab my phone and see trough my contacts in search for Tammy. I press her icon and wait for her to answer.

"Hi Marzipan!" Tammy shout happily in the phone.

"Hi Tam" I say and smile to my self, I really love how happy Tammy is all the time.

"Sooo, whats up?" She ask happily.

"Just been in a fight with my dad and Matt, you think I can come over to your house?" I say and bit my lip, I really just want to get out of this house right now.

"Yeah sure you can!" She say sympathetically.

"Thanks Tam, I'll be there in 15" I say with a big smile and get out of my bed. I end the call and grap a jacket before I run down the stairs.

"Im leaving to Tam's!" I yell and put on my boots and run out before my parents can stop me.

I walk over to my bike and start cycling towards Tammy's house. What would I've done without her? I still remember the day we met.
