PART 5

"Now let's go before we end up like Jake"

He nodds and they stand up, walking through the facility that stretched all around their houses.

When they came there, they saw Mari and Sohinki smirking at them. They realized they were still holding hands so they quickly let go, both blushing red.

In this section of the building, there were a few rooms for each fear.

There was a room special for spiders and other bugs. One special for ocean, one for lightning, one for clowns and one for heights, with a VR set. You'd be surprised how many people are scared by lightning.

And for every room, there was a waiting room. Since Nique was the only one with the ocean fear, she was first.

"Dominique Barnes!" Emily yelled with a smirk.

"You really are the next Captain America" Joven murmured making Lasercorn chuckle on his side.

She looked up at Wes with her green eyes filled with fear. She took in a deep breath.

He put his hands on her shoulders "Calm down and breathe, focus on the task, you'll be done earlier. Remember, it isn't real and I'm here" he says making her nod before Devan grabbed her wrist and dragged her in the room, which looked like one of those cop interrogation rooms with one sided window.

"Instead of the rubics cube, you'll be untying a knot" she gave her that as Devan put something around her leg.

"You'll be in water deep 3 meters or around 10 feet. Devan will cut your skin every five seconds" she took in a deep breath and nodded.

Before she knew it, Devan pushed her in the pool heartlessly. She dove out, her skin freezing in the horrible water. "F-Fuck"

"And start!" Emily started the timer and Devan got close to Dominique, who started untying the complicated knot.

He took her left byceps and started cutting lines, deep lines, as she tried to keep her head up. Swimming with weight wasn't easy, specially when somebody is there taking one of your arms.

She grasped for air as she tied to untie it, feeling that her arm is bleeding hard.

Wes couldn't look at that scene, nobody could. He couldn't see her drown, but Dan, Marcus and Phil stayed, hoping and knowing she can do it. He walked away, deciding to prepare for his task.

She knew she couldn't untie it like this, and soon the cold water will affect her. She took in a deep breath and dove down in the water, feeling her head freeze.

She knew this was the only way to untie it, since Devan can't hold her arm up. She wanted to get out as fast as possible, she didn't care for the goddamn money.

She tried to open her eyes, but she closed them when the water touched her eye. She started to loose air and she dove out.

She was close to getting it done, but Devan grabbed her arm again.

Courtney and Olivia tried not to cry. Dominique looked like she got frozen. Her skin was pale, almost white and her nose, cheeks and lips were blue.

"OK now she really is Captain America" Joven commented again.

"Dude stop" Ethan giggled next to him.

Nique felt her legs start to get numb, she knew she had to be quick.

She started using her teeth instead of her bleeding arm, which kind of worked. But Devan moved onto the right arm now.

Once she put her left arm in the water, it redened up, looking like a shark bit her leg off and she kind of felt like it, since she barely felt her legs.
