The girl in her teens sat up feeling the warmth of the sun in her face. She sleepily yawned and glanced at her brother.

Endless loop of time... A tear dropped from her eyes as she went to lay again and hugged her brother beside her.

They were not blood related at all, but only them can understand each other's feelings. The feeling of being abandoned.

A knock comes through the door that made Scarlette flinch.

"Neo? Scarlette? Are you awake?" The familiar voice of the man who abandoned her brother, it was almost nostalgic.

As Scarlette was about to stand up as an unexpected force pulled her back and covered themselves with the blanket.

Shocked at the black eyes of who she considered a brother, when they were so close. His eyes are Just like the blank night sky.

Scarlette got out of her trance when she heard the door creaked open. Neo pulled her close as he cover both of them.

Scarlette had no idea of what he was up to, but ignored it and enjoyed his warmth.

"Neo, scarlette-" when Noah tried to reach out for the blanket on top of them, he immidiately got pinned in the bed without a second motion. Neo was sitting on top of him.

"What were you doing?" Scarlette who was acting like an investigator was walking slowly around them.

This got Noah more nervous, as if he was a criminal.

"Waking my children up" Noah nervously said, these two are so intimidating, they were like partner in crimes.

Everything was done smoothly.

"For what?" Scarlette asked acting like a detective interrogating a criminal, 'slamming' her hand in front of Noah. Startling him for a bit.

"For breakfast, isn't it normal for me to wake my children up for breakfast?" Once Noah said that, he immidiately regrets it when the two looks at each other in confusion.

"It's just that you don't really care" both of them replied in sync...

Scarlette gave Neo a knowing look before Neo reluctantly lets his father go.

"You two, don't go to school for today" Noah sighed as he left the room.

Neo looks at Scarlette before smiling behind his mask.

They both go back to sleep...
