Chapter 2

MISSY POV

I woke up at 4:30AM. I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't because I was thinking of what's going to happen to Hazel an I or even my life when I move to Virginia. Decided to just get up. I went down stares and watched "Frozen". When I was done, I went back up to my room. I saw a pile of pictures. I went threw them and I started to cry. They were pictures of Hazel and I, my dad and I, all the people I care about that loved here. I felt someone behind me so I looked. It was Hazel. she was staring at the picture of her and I on the beach, with me on her back. She was crying. I went up to her and just hugged her. We both just hugged each other and cried together. I'm going to miss this girl.

It was 6:45AM so I decided to go take a shower while she ate. When I got out I put on black yoga pants, a white tank top, a black hoodie, and my slippers sense I was going to be going on a plane and wanted to be comfortable. I put my hair in a high pony tail. I didn't care what I looked like so I just put on eyeliner and mascara. I then walked down stares and laid on the couch.

My mom walked in the living room and said "Are you guys ready to go?"

"As ready as I will ever be mom."

We got in the car.

HAZEL POV

I was going to the airport with them to say goodbye. I had to take my car so I can get back though. I really don't want missy to leave. What will happen when she makes new best friends? Will we still be best friends? Will we even talk to each other? I push back all those thoughts once we pulled up to the airport. Here goes everything I care about and I can't do anything about it.

"Here we are, ill give you guys time to say goodbye until we have to go. be at the gate in 15 minutes." Missy's mom said and then left.

I turned to Missy. "What am I going to do with out you here? please don't forget me! I can't loose you. promise me we will talk every day and we will visit each other." I said

"You will have a great time and laugh with your other friends about amazing moments we had together. I won't forget you at all. I promise with my whole life that we will talk all the time and we will visit each other!" She said

I couldn't handle it, I cried and she cried. I pulled her into a tight huge and didn't let her go for 5 minutes. after we hugged she had to go. We said our goodbyes and she left.

Before she left she yelled out to me "I LOVE YOU BOO!!!"

"I LOVE YOU TO BOO!!!"

Then she left. My best friend left me and I have no one anymore. yes I have my parents and my other friends but she was my sister, my best friend, the only person I could really talk to. I just sat in my car crying for an hour and then left.
