After receiving the invitation, Tsukuyomi traveled to the Sionis Steel Mill. It had long since been abandoned after the arrest of Roman Sionis AKA Black Mask. As he waits, a shuriken in the shape of a red x shot in front of Tsukuyomi. He turns around to see a vigilante wearing a black costume with a red x in the center. His mask was shaped like a skull with a red x on it.
Vigilante: So you finally accepted my invitation!
Tsukuyomi: Who are you?!
Vigilante: Call me Red X.
Tsukuyomi: So you brought me out here just to ambush me?
Red X: I was telling the truth about Silver Monkey, but how about you earn that information! Let's call it a game!
Tsukuyomi: I'm not playing games Red X!
Red X: We'll see about that. Show me what you're made of! C'MON!
Red X then throws three X shurikens at Tsukuyomi, but he uses Dark Shadow to block it. Tsukuyomi then begins to chase Red X through the Steel Mill. As they do, Tsukuyomi catches up with Red X. But before he could grab the vigilante, Red X teleports away from Tsukuyomi in a cloud of black smoke which dissipated quickly.
Tsukuyomi: A teleportation Quirk?
But in an instant, Red X appears behind Tsukuyomi and attacks him.
Red X: Not bad! Not many people here call em Quirks here! I call mine Shadow Jump!
Red X then proceeds to get Tsukuyomi to chase him into the smelting chamber. Once Red X leads him into the smelting chamber office, Red X activates his X-Wristblades and attacks Tsukuyomi. As they fight, Tsukuyomi and Dark Shadow launch a coordinated attack, but Red X manages to dodge it thanks to his Shadow Jump Quirk. But as he prepares to launch and attack from behind, Dark Shadow lands a powerful punch onto the vigilante, sending him through the window of the office and falls into the ground. Tsukuyomi rushes to the downed Red X as Tsukuyomi grabs him.
Tsukuyomi: Enough games! Tell me what what you know about Silver Monkey!
Red X: Not bad Tsukuyomi! But that would be telling! And where's the fun in that?!
Red X then drops a flash bang and uses Shadow Jump to teleport away. Before Tsukuyomi could react, the flash bang detonates. The bright blinding flash from it causes Dark Shadow to dissipate away. As Tsukuyomi looks around, Red X calls him out.
Red X: HEY! OVER HERE!
Tsukuyomi then turns around to see Red X waiting by the entrance to the loading bay. Tsukuyomi searches for Red X, but is suddenly ambushed by the vigilante.
Red X: You gotta do better than that if you're gonna beat me! You did better at the Sports Festival!
Hearing shocked Tsukuyomi. Red X then uses his Shadow Jump Quirk to teleport to the abandoned office of Black Mask. Tsukuyomi quickly gets inside where they stare each other down.
Tsukuyomi: It's over!
Red X: Don't count me out just yet!
Red X then throws a couple of X Shurikens at Tsukuyomi, but he was able to dodge it and throws Batarangs at him. Red X cancels it out by throwing X Shurikens at the Batarangs. Tsukuyomi then charges at Red X, but he uses Shadow Jump to dodge it. Tsukuyomi anticipated this as he then kicks Red X just as he teleported behind him, disorienting him. Tsukuyomi then takes the opportunity to restrain him. Red X is impressed.
Red X: Not bad. Looks like you win!
Tsukuyomi: Enough games! What do you know about Silver Monkey?!
