F/n had decided to go for a walk towards the Hokage's monuments.
Having a grumpy neighbor wasn't as bad as she thought. Occasionally she would bump into the duckbutt haired boy.
But nevertheless neither of them wouldn't dare talk to eachother knowing that he would say something sassy and she would take him out with her skillfull taijutsu.
She had studied with Might Guy privately and learned much about lightning release back at home and with a previous mentor, Kakashi of the Sharigan.
The two passed by eachother as he was heading home and she was on her own way.
They both glanced at eachother with a bored expression on their faces.
She was uninterested while he was trying to figure out what her deal was.
She had no deal, she's just a girl who's minding her own business and had no intrest in making any friends in the moment.
"What's his/her deal?!" They both thought with their backs facing eachother as they continued their paths.

About half-way to her destination, she had spotted Shikamaru and Choji with Naruto tagging along as well.
Unfortunately for her, Naruto seemed to turn his head at the right moment.
"F/N!" The blond immediately shouted once he saw a short girl, causing Shikamaru and Choji to turn their heads her way.
"Just what I wanted, company" she thought sarcastically.
Sighing, she made her way towards Naruto and the other two.
She spoke smiling at the blond, "Good afternoon, Naruto!" then looking at the other two males she said a simple hi.
This is the first time she had spoken to the two. Although she had introduced herself to the class when she first arrived, she wasn't known to make friends quickly and no one approached her considering she was from the hidden cloud and had an intimidating aura. Fortunately, she managed to remember the names of everyone just by accidently eavesdropping, but didn't expect anyone to confront her and ask.
It wasn't like they treated her with disrespect or cruelty like most had towards Naruto, but she was an outsider, so people thought it was best to just ignore her as "she's probably just passing by. "
Naruto, being himself, had walked up to her full of confidence and declared her a friend.
She didn't think much with it and just introduced herself once again, occasionally talking with him about ichiraku's ramen.
Naruto then started introducing everyone, "Okay! Guys this is F/n L/n! F/n this is Choji Akimichi and Shikamaru Nara!"
"Hello, I'd offer you some chips but this is my last bag and we're all going to buy some," the fa- chubby boy named Choji said.
"It's fine, thank you, Choji-kun," F/n said politely.
"This is such a drag," said the sighing Nara boy.
"Tell me about it," F/n joked around. Making Shikamaru smirk but then focus on her more intensely as he couldn't read her.
"Sayyyy~ F/n, why don't you tag along with us ?!" Naruto asked since she seemed a bit confused on what she was doing with them.
"Sure, we we're going the same direction anyways," she pointed out.
Soon they all walked towards a corner store. Choji and Naruto seperated from the other two as soon as they stepped in. Naruto looking for Ramen Cups and Choji looking for new chips.
Shikamaru then began a conversation with F/n as she looked at the different flavors of pocky.
"You never mentioned where you were going," he said curiously.
"Didn't think it was important," F/n said quickly. She honestly forgot to say anything about going to view the Hokage's monuments and the head of the first Hokage who she learned to admire very much.
Hashirama Senju, also knowns as "God of Shinobi" was very powerful and she can just turn into a complete fan-girl like Sakura or Ino when it comes to Sasuke.
"Well, it isn't but, where were you going?" Shikamaru asked again, seeming a bit too interested.
"Why does he want to know? I guess I could tell him since I don't really care if he knows or not, or I can have fun and just mess with him," F/n began to think if she should tell him or not.
She told her self why keep talking to someone she's going to forget by the time she comes back from another break.
"IM GOING TO GO VIEW THE HOKAGE'S STATUES, ALRIGHT!" she yelled with her cheeks tinting tomato red due to the of embarrassment that she lost her 'composure.'
While holding her f/f pocky, she reached into her pocket then pulled her pocket out only to find nothing but lint.
Sighing, she then put the pocky back as the rest of the crew already bought what they wanted and are now heading out.
She had forgotten her money at home. Shikamaru felt the urge to buy the pocky for her but then caught himself.
"I just met her, maybe next time," he thinks but then questioned his thoughts.
"WHEN DID THEY PUT THE PRICES UP?!" She said loudly, blue lines formed above her head as she began to sweat drop.
"You know if you want them that bad I can buy them for you?" He spoke aloud. Quickly realizing his words, he blushed. "Why did I say that, she must think I'm weir-."
His thoughts were quickly interrupted by her voice.
"Um, Thank you but it's okay," smiling at him she continued, "I wouldn't be here in the first place if it wasn't for Naruto-kun."
"That knucklehead basically dragged me here," scratching the back of her neck she began thinking out-loud, murmuring , "honestly I could have been where I wanted to be right now."
Shikamaru agreed with her. He wanted to be on his way to a rooftop or grassy hill to watch the clouds... or to nap.

After going to a small park with Naruto and the two boys. F/n decided it was best if she were to leave now and continue her way.
She walked to the Hokage's statues and once she saw the First, she went full fan-girl mode.
"Tiens! He looks so great! If only I have lived then, just seeing him would've been awesome. Oh he could've mentored me! Maybe he would have passed down his wood style techniques!I THINK I MIGHT FAINT! HOLY HERA!"
Hearts began forming on her eyes as she continued to look up to Hashirama in admiration.
She pulled out an old book and began reading having the Statue of The God of Shinobi in her view.
She then went home once the sun began to set.

Little did she know was that Shikamaru went back to the same corner store and had bought her 3 packs of f/f pocky.
Continuing his way home, slightly exciting to give the girl a gift in the next day.
"The numbers mean nothing," he thought, remembering how she complained about the new prices. Gazing up at the starry night sky "What a drag."
