The date was going great in Midoriya's opinion. So far the two had breakfast at a cozy diner, walked around the farmer's market, and now they were at the mall to do some shopping. Midoriya only wished that Bakugou would comment on how the date was going. So far the only reaction he got from the blond was lukewarm.
"Hey Ka-chan, want to go in there and look around?" Midoriya asked, pointing to a bookstore with a smile on his face.
"Why the fuck would I want to go in there?" Bakugou questioned, glaring at the smaller teen.
"Um, uh, well, didn't you used to like comics? I'm sure they'll have some that you'll like! That's why, sorry, it was a dumb idea," Midoriya ducked his head, trying to get rid of the tears forming in his eyes.
"You cry too much, asshole. Let's go look at the shoes, I need some new ones. Mine are fallin' apart," Bakugou said as he grabbed the other's hand and started dragging him off.
"Oh! O-okay! Then, I'll pay for Ka-chan's shoes!" The green haired teen grinned at his boyfriend.
"The fuck? I don't need your damn money! Fuck off Deku!" The blond yelled, dropping the other's hand. "Go to the food court, I'll meet you there when I'm done. I don't want you around me if you're going to be talkin' like that," Bakugou told Midoriya while walking away.
Feeling dejected, Midoriya slowly made his way to the food court. All happiness drained from his body. He thought Ka-chan was enjoying himself. Thought wrong. Maybe it would be better if he didn't talk.
