"I'M GOING TO KILL YOU HARRY POTTER!!!!!" Then do it already! You don't have to explain your whole life lesson and stuff JUST to let someone escape. I mean, you can make a fight, or an unexpected ally (as long as they are not a were wolf) just don't make the villain get half a page of dialogue so the character can give them the butt whooping they deserve. It just makes they story boring, I guess. But that's my opinion. But I mean it when I say you canNOT just say
