Maya's P.O.V

Ugh I'm not even two hours in and I already have a headache by everyone in here the one day Mr. Matthews is not here everyone takes too much of an advantage of this they basically yell at each other from across the room throw things a piece of paper was thrown and hit my head I looked back to see who threw it everyone was basically in their little world so I just turned back finishing the packet the substitute had given us only a few of us were actually doing the work. I left another paper hitting the back of my head I looked and again it's like if I'm imagining the paper hitting me then once again I feel it but this time I looked down at the paper ball and it said read me I unwrapped it looking around to see if someone was looking at me to see if I'm opening it as I looked own I instantly regret reading it.

There was only one person in this class with those initials Alex Smith he is the cockiest, self-centered, ass of a guy in the whole school I just threw the paper away and turn my music and ignore everyone as I do at home. Can this bell ring finally I was grabbing my book.s in my next class when Alex came by my locker well this should be good?

"Hey, Amber is it."

I just ignored him if can't remember my name why should I have a conversation with him like for fuck's sake we've been going to school and having the same class in Elementary school with each other since 2nd grade when his family moved here and he still can't remember

"Come on Megan I know you can hear me alright I'm sorry for the note it was a joke but if you don't want it to be a joke it doesn't have to be." He says quietly in my ear and how he's so close to me is getting me annoyed so much and then BOOM he grabbed my ass and I slammed him into the lockers he crossed the line at that point it made a big scene that everyone started looking at us I felt so strong when I did that cause I'm short like 5'2 but he's like a foot taller then me I'm probably so mad that I don't know my strength.

"First of all my name is Maya and I don't appreciate you grabbing my ass so next time you see me don't grab my ass don't look at me and leave me alone go it or else," I said in a serious tone to him

"Or else what your gonna hit me I would like to see you try" he laughed

"Aw and I would like to see if you can take me right hook lets find out shall we"

"NO, NOT THE FACE PLEASE DON'T ITS MY MONEY MAKER" he screamed it was so hilarious

"Okay fine I'll be nice and let you off just this once," I say sweetly to him and letting him go

"Oh wait I'm still me" I turned around to punch him in the nose but not too much to where I broke his nose but just enough to make him bleed a lot.

"Ah you bitch your gonna pay for," he said as I walked through the crowd surrounding us at the time but only to get stopped by the principle

"Maya Hart causing trouble already and it's not even lunchtime yet I'd say that's a new record"

"Principle James lets talk about my punishment in your office shall we."I followed him down to his office

"Miss Hart I don't understand you have impeccable grades, amazing attendance and yet you still manage to get yourself in some sort of trouble at least there were small things but this assaulting a student tell me what happened that caused it."

I just stayed quiet because either way I'm gonna be suspended so I can kiss NYU goodbye

"I don't want to suspend you because your not a bad student just tell me your side you'll be helping both of us here"

"He grabbed my ass and I didn't like it so I punched him in the nose I was defending myself I'm not gonna let anyone do that and get away with it."

"Okay I'll talk to Alexander to get his side but this is not going unpunished your going to have 2 weeks worth of after school detention"

"Okay Thank you, principle James for not suspending me"

"Just for now on stay out of trouble this time Miss Hart or next time it might just be a suspension." I so happy I just got detention I'm so happy I got a late shift all this week it's just next week I might have to worry about

The next day

I left to school I little early today cause I wanted to use the piano and practice a piece that I wanted to learn. Music and art are the only things I use to express myself to make me feel like me I was playing the piano to the song speechless as I was singing the song memories came flooding to me while singing this song

After that all the tears I was hold back just came out when the passion I was feeling in this song and just came out of me and I couldn't stop it
