"Next pair please." Said the lady.
Hiro hopped onto the cart and tapped on his legs. Willow stepped onto the same cart, her face turning bright pink with surprise. "Hi." She whispered.
"I guess we weren't kidding when we said see ya later." Hiro chuckled. Willow giggled quietly.
"Yeah, what a coinky-dink." She grinned.
"I haven't heard anyone say that ever since I was seven years old." He smiled. The girl clenched her teeth.
"Sorry. I'm a dork." She muttered.
"Hey, I didn't mean it in a negative way." Hiro said, surprised by the way she was acting. "I never did catch your name, you know? I'm Hiro."
She perked up and blinked. "My name is Willow. N-Nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you too, I guess." He laughed slightly. "I'm not good at introductions. They make me feel too formal n' stuff."
Willow nodded. "I know how you feel. Greetings were never really my th-" she was cut off by the Ferris wheel starting up. She yelped slightly, startled by the sudden movement.
"Jeez! Could've gave us a warning or something!" Said Hiro, huffing.
She sat up straight and let out a breath. "Woah."
He burst out laughing, causing her smile to waver a bit.
"What if he's laughing at me?" She thought.
Hiro looked at her once he finished laughing. She was looking at her lap and not out the cart.
"What's wrong?" He asked, confused.
"Oh, it's nothing." She quickly recovered.
He looked at her, confused. He shrugged. "Oh well." The boy thought.
Willow sheepishly moved a piece of hair out of her eye so that she could get a full view of the boy.
She examined him with her eyes, trying to be as secretive as possible.
"Not a bad catch, Willow. You've really outdone yourself." She thought, feeling accomplished.
"Were you.. Were you just checking me out?" Said hiro, lifting an eyebrow.
Her eyes widened and her face flooded with embarrassment
She blinked. "N-No!! Why would I? Heh.. Why would I do that? That's outrageous!" She stammered.
"You giggled! Don't lie, you want a piece of this," Hiro grinned.
"WHAT?? No, oh my god.. You sure like to get your point across, don't you?" She blabbered.
"Well, you DID hesitate..." He pointed out. Willow puffed out her cheeks.
"DID NOT!" She said, childishly.
"Did too!" He retaliated.
"I so did not!"
"You totally did though," He stuck out his tongue.
"You are so childish!" She retorted.
"Am not!" He chuckled.
"WOAH BEST COMEBACK EVER!" She blabbed in a deep voice. They shared a laugh.
