hermione's pov.
settling into adult life has been somewhat of a pain in the arse for me lately. after the battle, well, recovering hasn't been easy, the weasleys were so overwhelmed and paranoid by the violence in the aftermath of it all, so bad in fact that we all took refuge in bill and fleur's home, shell cottage until we felt ready to return to the "real world" as harry called it.
it was overcrowded, noisy, bustling. like always. i don't think the weasleys knew how to be quiet and i didn't mind that. it kept my mind busy. between the flattering of pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, the constant hum of chatter or the radio, it pacified me for a short while. it made recovering more bearable.
