❀ hello. thank you for stumbling across this story. i hope you enjoy my writing as much as i enjoy creating these scenes in my head. ❀ this story is more centered around Yuqi and Lucas as characters and how their relationship grows. in other words, this won't be strictly romance. ❀ chapters will be on the longer side so that it reads more like a novella. i estimate around 15 chapters total, (probably less) but we'll see. ❀ just fyi: i tend to go back and edit the chapters until i'm satisfied, even after they've been published. by that point it's just minor word choice/formatting stuff though. ❀ since our characters are mult-lingual, i try to use the following convention unless otherwise stated: english. chinese (mandarin). korean. as i'm writing this, it's been kind of a headache to try to maintain clarity about this and have characters communicate since they don't magically understand each other. why did i do this to myself *cries*
