Part 2, Hide

Ally's pov
I stood there looking at the black hood through the security camera trying to break in. I couldn't move. I was paralyzed. I dropped my phone and the line ended. I ran to Everleighs room and grabbed her out of her crib. Then I picked up my phone and locked all the doors in the house before locking me and Ev in the closet in my room. I sat down, traumatized. "Okay, we're gonna be fine." I say to Ev in a shaky scared voice. Tears started rolling down my face and I powered my phone off so it made no noise.

Austin's pov
I stood there, in dead silence, listening to the cut line. Goosebumps covered my body. But I stood there no longer and quickly continued trying to contact Ally.

I called her five times, texted her 15 times. Nothing. I heard her drop the phone shortly before the line ended. What if she collapsed?! I decided to call her sister.

Veronica's pov
I sat in Betty's room with Archie and Jughead going over a plan to capture the black hood. Then my phone buzzed with a call... from Austin, which was unusual. "Who is it?" asked Archie. "It's Austin." I say as I pick up the phone.

Veronica- Hey Austin, what's up?

Austin- Veronica have you heard from Ally?

Veronica- Uhh well the last time I heard from her was when I left. She's at home with Everleigh.

Austin- I was on the phone with her and then all of a sudden she stopped talking and I heard the phone hit the ground before the line cut.

Veronica- Oh my god. Hold up a second.

I checked my other notifications and saw an alert. Motion detected on front patio. I checked and it was the most terrifying thing ever. The black hood was breaking in. "What is it?!" Betty asked. They all stared at me horrified.

Veronica- Okay Austin, I need you to stay calm, i'm on my way back home. The black hood is trying to break into the Pembrooke, I saw on the security footage. I think he's looking for me or Ally because she stopped him from killing us last time. I got to run.

I turned off my phone and hurried up my stuff. "The black hood is breaking into your house?! And Ally's there?" Jughead asked. "Yes, I have to go!" I say but was pulled back by Archie. "I'll go, i'm not letting the black hood hurt you Ronnie." Archie says. "I'm going!" I say and run out of the house.

Austin's pov
My heart sped to a million beats per minute. "No. No no no please no this can't be
happening." I spoke to myself running my hands through my hair. The love of my life was inside the home the black hood was breaking into. And he was looking for her. I ran out of my house faster than ever hopefully able to save her life.

Ally's pov
I was breathing heavily. Even though I had my powers, like Veronica said he was way more powerful than we could ever imagine and I couldn't let anything happen to this baby. The door to our apartment busted open. Ev made a noise and quickly put my hand over her mouth to cover it. I shook in fear as slow footsteps went through the house. He entered my room. He continued slowly walking around and they stopped in front of my closet. My fear and tears were uncontrollable but I didn't show it through noise, I stayed quiet with my hand still over Ev's mouth. Then footsteps slowly walked away from the closet and back out of the apartment. I let out a loud sigh, but there was no way I was leaving the closet until I was sure he was out. "Oh jeez." I sighed. 

Austin's pov

I ran as fast as fast as I could, through the streets to the Pembrooke. Finally, once I could see it, I saw a white van leaving in front of the building. What if he kidnapped her?! I ran even faster and up to her apartment. The door had been banged open already which made me worry more. "Ally?!" I yelled. 

Ally's pov

I kept my head down, bloodshot shot eyes, protecting this baby with everything I could do. "Ally?!" I heard Austin yell and I looked up immediately. I stood up unlocking the closet keeping Ev in there in case the black hood was still here and Austin didn't know. I walked out to see him in the living room. "Austin? What are you doing here, it's not safe!" I say. He ran up to me embracing me in the tightest hug ever. "Oh my god, are you okay? Did he hurt you?" he asks hanging onto my arms now. "No, he didn't I hid in the closet with baby Ev. Is he gone?" I ask. "Yes, he took off in his creepy white windowless van." he says. "How did you know he was here?" I ask. "I was terrified when you stopped talking over the phone and then I heard it drop and the line cut. I tried texting and calling you but when you didn't respond, I called Veronica and she saw the security footage of him in the front." he says. I sigh. "Yeah, that sounds about right." I say. He pulls me into a hug again. "That scared the hell out of me." he says. "Sorry for the stress." I say with a small smile. "Don't be, I'm just glad your okay." he says smiling and kissing me. "Shoot, I should probably get Everleigh out of the closet." I say laughing and walking to the closet and picking her up out of it. He laughs. Then his smile fades "Ally... I think the black hood is looking for you." he says. I look down. "Yeah... I know. He's mad cause I saved Veronica, Betty, Jughead, and Archie." I say. "Ohhhh, I see. Well, you're a hero, you risked your own life saving theirs." he says. "Thanks, I'm just glad it's nobody else he's after, hopefully my powers can help a little." I say. "Yeah, but I don't want him after you. He could be coming back for all we know but I can't let him hurt you, I won't let him hurt you." he says. I smile. "I appreciate that, but what about you? I don't want you getting hurt either." I say. "You are the only thing that matters to me, I don't care if I have to risk my life to save yours." he says smiling. I smile. "Aww, why are you so cute and sweet?" I ask laughing. "How can I help it?" he says laughing and kissing me. "But for real, I promise I'm not letting him hurt you." he says. "Thanks, we'll have to figure something out." I say. Just then Veronica comes running in with Archie, Betty, and Jughead behind her. "Ally!!!! Oh my god are you okay? Did he hurt you? Or Everleigh?" she asks. "No we're good." I say. She hugs me. "I'm so sorry, I can't believe that happened and I wasn't here." she says. "Don't be sorry, it wasn't intentional." I say. "Did he see you Ally?" Archie asks. "No, I was in the closet with Everleigh." I say. "Did you get a glimpse of what he looked like, other than the black hood?" Betty asks. "I didn't see him at all, I'm sorry. I could only hear his slow footsteps through the house." I sigh. Veronica embraces me in another hug. We had to stop the black hood.
