I look down, the drop is long and far, it brings a sort of peace over me, the sound of the wind mixed with the roar of the city below sings in my ears. Tears start to threaten my eyes as I look down again, Just do it... I start to moan to keep the water from clouding my eyes, No one would miss you... I step back from the building's edge for a moment to think this over, what are the pros and cons to this, did I think this over completely. What will my family do when they find out, how will they feel? They'll be happy to get rid of a burden like you... I shake my head violently holding my hands to my head. " SHUT UP!" I screech, my voice already raspy from the sobbing I did earlier while deciding this. I hit the side of my head with the heel of my hand repeatedly while I sob finally giving into the tears. I curl up in a ball on the floor rocking myself back and forth as an attempt to calm myself down. I stand up composed and with my decision made, I start towards the edge and pray that no one will miss me as I prepare to jump.
