Youngjae smiled as he splashed his feet in the water.

"Oh, look who's having fun!" Jaebeom smirked as he came up to Youngjae, two ice cream cones in hand.

Youngjae smiled before taking a cone, "Mhm whatever. Thanks."

The two walked back to their towels silently as the icecream had their full attention. They sat together.

"Are you feeling any better?" Jaebeom asked.

Youngjae hummed, "Yeah."

"Better enough to apologize to a certain Thai male friend of ours?"

"Patience, Jaebeom," Youngjae said, " I will eventually."

"He didn't mean any harm you know," Jaebeom nudged at Youngjae's side, a smile bright on his face, "Besides, you can't be mad forever."

"Wanna bet?" Youngjae questioned and laughed. His laughter died down as he spotted a familiar male only a few feet away and seemed to be coming closer.

"Minwoo," Youngjae bitterly whispered.

"Minwoo?" Jaebeom turned to see the teen, walking ever so closer to the two.

Youngjae stood up and glared at the boy before walking towards him. Jaebeom attempted to grab Youngjae's hand but Youngjae simply brushed it away.

"Youngjae!" Minwoo smiled.

"You're smiling?" Youngjae frowned at the blonde teen.

"Look, Youngjae...I didn't want you to find out like that. I'm sorry," Minwoo spoke, "I didn't want to hurt you."

"A little too late for that, isn't it? First, your friend text me that you wanted to break up then I see I was a side bitch the whole time and your girlfriend made an Instagram story about me," Youngjae sneered, "What are you even doing here?"

"I'm here with my family, actually. They forced me out of the house. Youngjae, I promise I did care for you, okay? I just..."

"Shut up, you fucking liar," Youngjae rolled his eyes, "Whatever, just go back to your family. Leave me alone, you hurt me enough."

"Youngjae, I didn't want to hurt you."

"Before or after I found out?" Youngjae glared, "Goodbye, Minwoo."

Youngjae walked away from his ex and back to where Jaebeom was. The latter had packed up all of their stuff.

"Are you okay?" Jaebeom asked.

"Don't ask me that."

Jaebeom nodded, "Do you want to go home?"

Youngjae gave Jaebeom a weak smile and nodded, "Please."

The two walked back to the Jaebeom's car silently. The two didn't conversate on the way back, instead the two dwelled in their thoughts over the sounds of R&B.

"Do you want to go back to my place? Or do you want to go home?"

"I'll go home, I've been with you long enough," Youngjae stated, "My mom thinks I've been with Yugyeom, I don't want her to go over there and find out I wasn't."

Jaebeom nodded but then asked, "Do you want something to eat?"

"I'm fine."

"You sure?"

"I'm fine, I can eat at home," Youngjae reassured.

Jaebeom dropped Youngjae off as quickly as possible and headed home. Unsurprisingly, Youngjae's mom wasn't home, most likely she was at work.

Youngjae headed to his room, he opened the door and saw a mop of brown hair hanging off his bed, contrasting the light grey sheets.

"Yugyeom, what are you doing here?"

The tall boy simply pointed towards Youngjae's open window, "I've been here a while. Learn how to lock the window if you don't want unwelcome guests."

Youngjae rolled his eyes and closed his window, locking it too.

"You smell like the ocean," Yugyeom stated.

"I went to the beach with Jaebeom," Youngjae said, sitting on his bed next to Yugyeom.

"Ooo like a date," Yugyeom teased.

Youngjae rolled his eyes, "Sit up before all the blood rushes to your head and you die."

"Bold of you to think I don't want to die," Yugyeom said but still sat up normally, "So when are you gonna talk to Bambam?"

A tsk sound came from Youngjae's mouth and folded his arms, "I don't know."

"You know he didn't mean to hurt you-"

A rapid set of knocks came from Youngjae's window and a loud voice screeched from outside, "Since when do you lock the window!"
