Bri's POV

As I run away from Kevin, I didn't care about anything else, I knew there were people staring but I didn't care, I wanted to go home as fast as possible...

*Bri arrives at her house*

I instantly run up to my room after slamming the door behind me, as I close the door to my room I instantly break down behind the door, everything that just happened. "He promised me.... He promised me he wouldn't leave me GODDAMMIT!!" I scream into my mind as I remember the time Kevin said that to me during the first weeks of our relationship. I never want to see him again, ever... As I curl up into a ball while crying. I think to myself: "Why is it that this happened to me? It could've happened to anyone else but why me?! What did I do to even remotely deserve this?!" I scream into my mind again as I stay stiff, crying rivers. After awhile I felt my throat get dry from all this crying, it felt like a wasteland inside there. I got up and got some water from the fridge, however, I first glance at the knives in the kitchen sink before an idea suddenly enters my mind...

*The next day*

Tyrone's POV

Like yesterday, I woke up again today at 7:00am because as always, the sun wakes me up by shining at my face, it gets irritating sometimes, especially on weekends when I tend to sleep in.

I got up from my bed again, did the normal routine I always do, but when I come downstairs my mom was nowhere to be found and my dad on his phone waiting for me.

"Oh, good morning son, are you ready to go?" my father asks me as he looks up from his phone.

"Yeah, but where's mom?" I answer him.

"Your mother decided to sleep in for today, you'd be fine without your lunch, right? I'll just give you some extra allowance" My dad tells me while answering my question.

"Don't worry dad, I'll be fine. Let's go dad, I wouldn't want to waste time." I say nonchalantly.

My dad chuckles while saying: "You sure? Are you in a hurry?"

"No not really, I'll just go there early to get some extra rest." I say as I shrug. "Oh, by the way dad, can you drive? I don't feel like driving today." I added

He just nods and we go outside locking the door on our way out.

My dad drops me off at the station as me and him waves goodbye again, next think I know, I find myself sitting on a bench waiting for Bri. She doesn't know that I was there during her breakup and I don't intend her to know, so I wait for a while for her to arrive.

After 30 mins of waiting it's already 7:45am and she's still nowhere in sight, I was getting frustrated because I only have a little over an hour to get to school. As soon as I thought that I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket as I checked it and saw that I received a message.

Bri: "Go ahead without me.... I can't go with you to school early for a while."

It was a message from Bri, telling me to go ahead to school. I must admit it's a little frustrating that she sent me this message just now instead of earlier. I would've had a lot more time to sleep in school if I didn't have to wait for her. I was annoyed but, considering what transpired yesterday.... Yeah I shouldn't blame her. I finish that thought as I see the bus I'm supposed to take and get in.

As I got in the bus, I was surprised to see my friend Anthony in one of the seats looking at his phone, luckily, the seat next to him was empty and I sat next to him.
