Brooke's POV

I wake up to the scent of my mum making pancakes, mmmmmm pancakes are my favourite. I get up, have a quick shower and get dressed for school, I jog down to the dining table and gobble up my pancakes. After my breakfast was no longer on my plate, I made my way to mums car, she drove me all the way to school. As I got out of the car I spot Trent by the gates, I walked up to him as he pulled me into a hug. I went off and got my timetable, I had English double.

After English I met Trent by the canteen, then he took me to his gang.

"Hey everyone, this is Brooke, she's the new girl", Trent smiled.

"Hi", I smiled back.

One boy caught my eye, he had chocolate brown eyes, flamboyant brown hair, and an amazing smile.

"This is Casey, my girlfriend. This is Jenn, Nikki, Cameron, Josh and Ben", Trent introduced.

"Oh and this Jai", he said.

"So where did you move from?" Casey questioned.

"I came from Perth", I replied.

"Um I'm having a sleep over tomorrow, the whole gang is coming, would you like to?" Trent asked.

"Uh....Sure", I smiled.

We just talked about school and each other, the girls and I all make our way to the toilets.

"So what so you think of Jai?" Nikki smirked.

"Nothing, I mean I don't know the guy", I replied.

"Good because, he's nothing but trouble", Jenn stated.

"Really, what does he do", I asked.

"He's a bad boy, he cheats on girls, he usually has a new girlfriend every week, he's with Beunka now. They have been dating for a month but Beunka is one of those popular bitches in the school", Casey explained.

"Plus he wags school all the time, gets into fights, swears to his mum, he's just trouble", Jenn explained even more.

"Oh ok, I will watch myself", I smiled.

The day went fast, after the final bell went I made my way home. On the way I spot Jai walking ahead, I stupidly decide to catch up to him, even after the shit Nikki and Jenn told me about him.

"Hey Jai, wait up", I yell. He slowly turns to face me and then turned back.

"Hey", he gulped not making eye contact.

"Are you ok?" I asked out of curiosity.

"It's just that, I don't really like you, I kind of hate you", he said. How could he say that to my face.

"God what the hell did I ever do to you, I guess the rumours about you are true", I stopped.

"What? About me being a badass trouble maker, cheating all the time, yeah it is true, I just love kissing other girls all the time", he replied.

"What about Beunka? You've been dating her for a month, why haven't you cheated on her yet?", I questioned. "Because she's different, she's not an ugly heartless bitch like you", he snapped. "You don't even know me Jai!" I yelled running up to my house. I hurry inside as tears fall down my cheek. I decided to tell Trent about Jai, he is a bloody ass hole.

Jai's POV

God she's so annoying, I hate her guts so much, she's so ugly and fat and just a bitch, I love Beunka and she's different. I suddenly get a text from Trent.

Trent: Why the hell did you call Brooke an ugly heartless bitch!?

Oh great she bloody told him.

Me: Cuz she is Trent, she is an ugly, fat heartless bitch!

Trent: She's new Jai, your so bloody pathetic, what has happened to you, ever since your grandparents died you've been acting like a bloody jerk!!

Me: Don't ever mention that, I just hate her Trent, she asked why I haven't cheated on Beunka yet! I love her man!

Trent: She didn't mean it, just at least try and act nice tomorrow

Me: No promises

God he is such an idiot, Trent sends me Brooke's number, ew I don't want her damn number. I save it as Brooke anyway. I then get home and barge off to my room. As usual I shove my mum away and make my way to my room. I packed stuff for tomorrow and took a walk around the neighbourhood.
