[Darshan's POV] -

We traveled a lot of cities and this month ended with just travelling which ends tomorrow. It's the last...Dilli. I waved at my fans and looked at Roop, she looked at her phone and laughed softly. She's reading memes. She looks nicer when she's smiling. Okay, her nail-paint is different.

"Please stop staring at her for God's sake", Hardik whispered in my ear. "I'm not", I denied. "Clearly, you're", he yawned. "You're into her so we stopped troubling her and it's okay but don't stare publically. It looks bad", he scoffed and I made a nasty face, turning around. "Guys let's eat", I said. "Yep", Everyone agreed. "Roop, let's grab something to eat", Nitish called out and Roop walked and stood beside me. "Let's go", she smiled. We walked till the hotel's restaurant and grabbed a seat.

After all of our food arrived, we all got engaged. I looked at Roop from the corner of my eyes. She was struggling with the breakfast. "Guys, anyone wants to eat this? I can't eat anymore", she exhaled heavily. "Yes, yes", Hardik extended his hand and she passed her plate to him. He kept her Parathan in my table and I gave him a 'Seriously' look. "Darshan has a wide stomach", Hardik said and everyone giggled. I looked at Roop who softly smiled at me. I tore her parathan and quietly ate while stealing glances at her face.

[Roop's POV] -

I got a blue dress and blue heels. I'm shook! Who dared to send this on my hotel room's doorway? I am officially thrilled.

Another bell rang and I walked and opened the door. Nitish, ew. "Darshan is way too scared, nearly freaking out of a girl", Nitish walked in and I closed the door behind me, following him. He sat at the edge of the bed and I crossed my arms across my chest. I looked at him. "So, what does it has to do with me?", I rolled my eyes. "Nothing, the girl he's freaking out about is you, just that's it", Nitish yawned and my jaw dropped. "Noway", I widened my eyes. "Yes-way", he smirked at me. "He's gonna ruin it. Hit him with a knife already, please", I sat beside him. "You mean stab him, technically", Nitish said and we chuckled.

Another door bell rung, as I walked off to look, Hardik. He directly stormed in. "Nitish", Hardik exclaimed. "Hardik", Nitish yelled. "Okay, you guys are here to warn me about your friend's intentions", I questioned. "I was making sure you don't screw up", Nitish said. "Yes, because he's serious about you like he said 'I want it to be perfect' and Darshan is never scared about a girl, ever", Hardik added. "Wow, how do you know he's serious", I asked. "It's a guy thing", they said in union and I glared them. "Okay, so I'm going into a jungle too scream for a while, feel like joining?", I looked at the blue slash expensive dress. "He's going to do what?", I asked. "Propose you maybe", Hardik assumed. "WHAT", I exclaimed. "Look, no one knows okay. He knows what he's going to do", Hardik said. "In, like...", I asked blankly. "You got a dress, did you looked for any note or letter in it?", Hardik looked at the dress and I quickly opened the nearly wrapped package.

There was a note which I didn't see! ‘For a day after tomorrow! I don't know, I just couldn't stop myself from giving it took you. It's my birthday, be there. -DR’, was scribbled. "Does it has any chance the this DR stands for Dushyant Raval", I asked and Nitish busted into laughter followed by Hardik. "You guys don't understand, I've no idea how will I react and I don't want any mess in my life", I said, seriously. "How do you feel about him", Hardik asked. "I don't know", I said, instantly. "Something maybe...Roop", Nitish said and I closed my eyes, thinking and focusing on only Darshan. Cute. Hot. Sexy. Adorable sometimes. I don't know! "I don't know", I declared, sighing heavily. "Okay, maybe see him sleep. It works in movies", Nitish said. "Are you kidding? It's Bakwas", Hardik said. "No, wait. Let's try. I don't want a mess", I said. We three looked at each other.

I saw him, under the sheets. Tucked in bed, closed eyes and a blank but innocent face. I walked near, slowly. I sat beside him, on the floor, making sure it doesn't disturbs him.

"What are you going to do?", I softly said. "A relationship? I don't have the guts", I sighed in disdain. I'm so dissapointed with myself. This is a win-win. He's a celebrity, come on. Ever had a chance of experiencing how would it be to date a celebrity? A singer, girls go mad at? It's a lucky chance but I get it now. You can't allow yourself until you feel something, no matter if it's a celebrity or a criminal. You've to feel something for them certainly. I looked at him.

"Trust the process, don't be nervous", he said and I stood up. Me body feared in anxiousness. "YOU'RE AWAKE", I said loudly. "I just went to bed when you entered", he opened his eyes and smiled. "Why are you so scared?", he asked as he sat, properly on the bed. "I cannot believe, I'm sharing this conversation with you. You're the reason I'm scared", I scoffed. "No, you're not scared of me. You're scared of love getting to you, finally", he said and I rolled my eyes. "Shut up!", I sat at the edge of the bed and looked at my feet. "What's wrong with me?", he asked. "What's wrong with you?", I prompted. "You're too perfect. Why do you even want me? If I, we come into a relationship then I'll spend all my time being perfect for you and it'll suck big time. I'm not your status, not your class. I'm normal", I stated, quickly. I've no idea what I just said. It was instant. "I'm not perfect Roop", he came forwards. "So, you don't have to be perfect for me. I just want you to be you", he kept his hands on my shoulder while I looked at him. "And about your interest in older men, I'm a thousand year old soul trapped in a dashing 25 year old body so yes you're obviously the luckiest girl on the earth", he said and my my eyes welled up, but not enough to cry.

I licked my lips and bit the lower one, softly chuckled. "One odd question", I asked. "Why me?", I looked at him. He was kind to me, enough to still smile at me. "I started noticing you since the day you sarcastically bashed me. It was rage then it turned into 'I want to know what you're', I'd a soft corner for you and then I fell for you instantly. I'm not afraid of it but nervous, obviously", he said. "Does that mean you love me?", I softly asked. "Yes, I do", he chuckled. "I haven't heard it since decades", I hugged him, softly. I could feel his hands on my head, nearly hair. "Thank you", I whispered. "Just marry me already", he asked & I jerked back. "You want to marry me?", I asked. "Yes, I want to", he said, a smile cemented on his face. "As in forever, all your life, just me", I asked. "Pretty much, that's what a marriage is", he nodded, pressing his lips. "Okay", I rubbed my hands together and thought. "See, I'm at the stage of my life where I think I'm finally sensible enough to understand that I keep stability and a wedding. A person, for forever. Now, I want it to be you. Trust me, I trust my heart in this and I know it's super weird, it's a huge thing and we have careers, life, aftermath but-", he forced me to look at him, "-I want to know will you marry me?", he asked.

Okay, 90s, they didn't even know about the person they were marrying but they did anyway and it's a success, in that case. So...um should I? I closed my eyes, this is pathetic and I'm doing this.
"This in an incredibly bad, foolish and ridiculous idea but let's do it and see what happens", I said and he smiled at me.
