"J-josh." Harry stuttered.

"Yes, baby?" Josh answered as he paid his attention to his lover.

"I am so fucking nervous." Harry blurted out.

"Take a deep breath in and breath out. I know it's scary but I know that you want to do this."

Harry nodded as he knew what Josh was saying is correct. Josh was proud of his lover knowing that he wanted to get help.

"Harry Lewis?" A therapist called.

Josh and Harry got up and followed the lady to a room. Harry sat down nervously, he could feel the knot growing in his chest as anxiety started kicking in.

He closed his eyes and tried to keep his breathing at bay.

"Hello Harry, my name is Karen and I will be your therapist today and onwards."

"H-hi." He said feeling a little shy.

"I'm going to ask some questions now and you have every right to say I don't want to talk about it then I will stop and change the subject."

Harry nodded his head agreeing to the instructions.

"Have you ever been sexually abused?"

"No."

"Has your family ever mistreated you?"

"No."

"Do you have anger issues?"

"Yes."

"When you someone hurts someone that's close to you. What do you do?"

"I hurt those that hurts the ones that I love."

"Are you violent yourself?"

"No."

"Have you had friends die in the past? Due to wrong doings, accidents or even them being suicidal?"

"Yes."

"Would you like to elaborate?"

"Not now."

Karen nodded her head and stopped writing on her paper that she used to take notes. Karen went into the mini fridge that she has an gave him water.

"Harry, you're going through a post traumatic experience, this means that you have something that has happened in the past that you still carry with you and even sometimes have nightmares even flashbacks. The only way to try and lessen the effects is to talk it out. Let everything out from the heart. If it means to use a punching bag, it will be enough for you to let everything that you've carried for a long time."

"Can I ask a question?" Harry spoke almost in a whisper.

"Yes."

"If I'm suffering or going through an PTSD, then why do I still have nightmares of what happened that night?"

"They still appear because either you haven't been able to deal with it or it could be a message on your dream that you need to find something in order to end the nightmare from re-occurring."

After an hour and a half of Harry discussing what was going through is mind, he felt lighter. He and Josh was sitting in the car.

"That therapy session has me drained, I am in the mood to sleep." Harry yawned.

"Let's go home and relax." Josh pecked Harry's cheek.
