I opened my eyes, rubbed my back, and stretched my arms. I realized I've been sleeping for over an hour. But decided to go back to sleep. As I was shutting my eyes, I heard a loud voice calling from the front window of our house and nearly breaking the door bell. I went out and saw my two high school friends standing and waiting for me to open the gate.
"Hi" my friends cheerfully waving at me as I unlock the gate.
When they entered my house, my friend then asked me "what are you wearing? I thought we are going to meet your friend later?"
"Huh? What's wrong with what I'm wearing? I like this shirt. It's nice." I defended, raising my eyebrow.
"You're not going to wear that outside. Especially when you're meeting up with THAT guy.." My friend Rai objected.
We went up to my room, and my friends started to pull out my dresses inside my messy closet. Looking for the perfect day out dress for me to wear. "This one! This suits you well!" Alex screamed in excitement. I grabbed the dress, and I didn't complain because I guess I like that dress too. So I put it on. And because I saw my friends putting on make up, I decided to put some too.
I invited my friends to come with me because I'm meeting up with my bbm friend, and because I'm actually a happy living soul, I started going out with my guy friends whenever I'm free. But I always bring my friends with me so its like hanging out with friends only.
It's been 5 months since my last relationship and I didn't have any plans on having one not until.....today.
We entered McDonalds and saw my guy friend sitting there. We did the usual, eating and talking and laughing are asses off. Then I suddenly received a text message from my brother asking me to go meet him in a milk tea shop. So I told my friends and we decided to leave.
"Who are we meeting there?" I typed in my phone and pressed send.
"My friend and his brother and their other friends I guess" my brother replied. "Hmm like who?" I texted back. "Mig and Jc" he texted back
Upon hearing the name Jc, I felt a blush in my cheek. A funny memory flashed back in my mind..
I'm friends with my brother's friends. I've known them since they were in first year college. So it's like, we're pretty close. My brother once told me about his friend Mig's little brother. He said he's cute and nice. And bla bla. I didn't really care much that time because, I don't know I guess I just thought its just one of my brother's casual stories. So yeah.
One very random day, I randomly tried to search Jc on facebook. I was just curious because my brother never really talked about guys like that. And so I found it. I saw his picture and it kinda gave me a blush. But it's just a normal blush, that one you get when you see Zac Efron or Derek Ramsay on tv. But I must admit that I found him really cute. It's unbelievable. "How come my brother never introduced me to this guy? After all these times?' I questioned myself, then I laughed. I realized I was acting so much like a stalker. So I stopped.
It never again came up to my mind until my friend which happens to be my brother s best buddy, Jie's party.
I think everyone was there. All of our friends, specifically me and my brother's friends. I thought he was going to be there too. But I was wrong. I didn't mind though. It's not like I have a dead crush on him. It's just a puppy crush.. Or whatever. Hahaha.
While we were drinking and talking about random stuffs, I came across Tine, our gay friend and I chatted with him for like half an hour before I got the confidence to ask him if he knows Jc. And of course that was just my way to start the topic about Jc. It's obvious that he knows Jc, theyre blockmates. Then I finally had the guts to tell him that I find him cute and that I kinda have a crush on him.
