Dear people,
We have sent you this letter to give you advise on what to do the coming weeks, until the turmoil has died down. We advise everyone to stay inside as much as possible and whenever you do find yourself outside of your safe homes, proceed with caution and follow a few simple rules.
- Do not talk, every opinion is a threat and could possibly kill you and your family.
- Do not trust anyone, whether you know them or not. People are no longer the same.
- Children under the age of 10 must be taught school work at home.
- Do not discuss important information or locations over the phone.
- Always listen to the higher authority within your city or area.
- Stay in your homes as much as possible.
